Guanshan Lake Scenic Area is located in Jiibing Township, Guanshan Village, Jiibing Township, Fushun County, Fushun City, 23 kilometers southeast of Fushun City and 45 kilometers away from the provincial capital Shenyang. The Guanshan Lake Scenic Area is known locally as the "Qiandao Lake in the North".
