The 31699 Force Leifeng Memorial Hall is located at No. 61, East Section of Heping Road, Wanghua District, Fushun City, Liaoning Province. The original Leifeng was located near the station of the 31699 Force [1]. It was built in 1964. The park covers an area of 99,900 square meters and is a key national martyr memorial building protection unit. The park has a hanging area, exhibition area, Beiyuan area, sculpture area, youth education activity area and comprehensive service area. The main buildings are Leifeng Monument, Leifeng Tomb, Leifeng Statue, Leifeng Array Hall, etc. The pavilion integrates physical objects, pictures, simulated scenes, and high-tech demonstration methods, showing Lei Feng's ordinary and great life and the grandeur of Lei Feng's activities in the national military and civil society

Lei Feng was born in Wangcheng County, Hunan Province on December 18, 1940. In 1960, Lei Feng arrived in Fushun with his army shortly after enlisting in the army, and spent the most shining years of his life in Fushun. On August 15, 1962, he died in public, aged only 22. On August 17, the people of Fushun held a grand memorial meeting for him and buried him in the Gebu Martyrs Cemetery

Lei Feng Memorial, with its detailed content and abundant information, reproduces Lei Feng's short and ordinary life as a great Communist fighter. According to their functions, they are divided into six areas: hanging area, exhibition area, stele garden area, sculpture area, youth education activity area and comprehensive service area. The main buildings in the park are Lei Feng Monument, Lei Feng statue, Lei Feng Tomb, Lei Feng Heritage Museum and other facilities for youth education activities. On the first floor, Lei Feng's ordinary and great life is reproduced in detail in the form of special topics and chronology. On the second floor, Lei Feng's activities and typical deeds in military and civil science of the whole country for more than 40 years are displayed. Existing collection of more than 20,000 photos, more than 3,000 cultural relics, is a modern first-class exhibition hall.
