鸳鸯锅底从重庆空运过来的锅底果然牛，锅底都是服务员在眼皮子底下倒下的，吃到嘴嘴里的都是放心呐，牛油红汤锅太辣那就试试骨汤锅，肉眼可见的骨头，汤超级鲜。大刀牛肉比脸还大的大刀牛肉薄韧多汁，在牛油红汤锅里涮一涮，再放到巴邑特制的调料里味道绝了。手工虾滑纯手工制作的虾滑还能吃出大颗虾肉，捞出来咬一口都是虾肉，一半放骨汤里，一半下放牛油红汤锅里，虾滑太让人欲罢不能了。巴邑炒饭火锅店最牛的炒饭没有之一，性价比超高的炒饭太良心了，颗颗鲜明的米饭夹着碎年糕，想冲到厨房要配方。

位于体育馆附近的颐高创业大厦是阿拉宁波的数码广场，在朝西面对朝晖路的底商，开有这么一家主打牛蛙的餐厅----回首三只蛙。餐厅门前空地是颐高创业大厦的停车场，这一点不错，方便停车。进入餐厅，里面装修清爽，卡座为主，我们一家三口点了泉水蒸蛋15元、酸辣土豆丝12元、老坛酸菜黑鱼88元和重庆泡椒牛蛙49元。泉水蒸蛋，液面光滑，厚薄适宜，口感咸淡适中；酸辣土豆丝，中规中矩，略辣呛喉；老坛酸菜黑鱼，鱼肉漂嫩量足，汤汁酸爽，拌饭尤佳；重庆泡椒牛蛙，做为店里的招牌，果然不负众望，蛙肉细腻入味，酸咸辣混合味道，我喜欢。
