Lingxuan Building in the ancient city of Huili is located at the intersection of the north and south streets of the ancient city and east and west streets. It is commonly known as the "Bell and Drum Tower". It is the most representative ancient building in Huili Ancient City. It was built in the middle of Qinghui, with a total of 3 floors, 20 columns falling on the cave base, five-star holding the moon pavilion, and eight points of water. The building is 15 meters high, painting a carving beam, flowing and colorful, the four sides of the forehead are purple gas east, Changxi Ying, colorful southern sky, and the light is divided into the north pole. The stone carvings above the base are swirling and horizontal Xingren, Chongyi, Wenzhi and Wu'an respectively.
