The dazzling thing is the gold foil, which seems to be the most concerned one. But in fact, the exquisite and elegant style of Japanese courtyard is often neglected beyond such a gorgeous three-storey castle. Fame is too high, too many tourists, how many also affect the perception. The Jinge Temple was visited on the afternoon of January 18, the day before, it had just snowed in Kyoto, and the snow-covered Jinge Temple was really unbearable to leave. Unfortunately, it's very difficult to take a "visit here" photo in front. One of them is too bright to grasp. Too many of them can't get a place at all. Turning to the back, they took a picture. Unfortunately, it's clear that the Jinge Temple is the real Jinge Temple against the backdrop of the pond.

I went Kinkaku-ji from Osaka using public transportation and it was quite a long journey.. it’s worth going if you got enough time to travel. overall in my experience it was wonderful, the nature around the temple was beautiful, I would definitely go again :)

The Kinkakuji or Golden Pavillon is remarkably beautiful in simplicity. The Pavillon and its garden are a masterpiece of Beauty and Serenity. On sunny days, he Pavillon shines and reflects itself in its surrounding pond, for the pleasure of your contemplation and the whole scenery makes you usher a "whoa" of admiration.

Must see when in Kyoto. Try and go during a sunny day in order to capture the reflection off the water as well as the brightness of the gold. Not a stroller friendly site as the ground is all pebble and there are stairs to navigate upon exiting. Entirely a “one-way” walking route so make sure you take all the pictures u can at specific areas before moving forward. Very crowded with a lot of tourists but u can still manage to capture lasting memories as long as you’re patient. Plenty of souvenirs & soft serve ice cream places in and around the temple.

Kaedo Temple (ろくおんじ), is a temple of the Linji Zongsanguo Temple in the North District of Kyoto City, Japan. Among them, the three-story pavilion (Sheli Temple) with Jinyu inside and outside is also known as the Golden Pavilion, and the temple as a whole, including the Sheli Temple, is also known as the Golden Pavilion (きんかくじ). The temple is the temple of the mountain outside the tower head temple.

Most people are just taking photos and hearing the explanations of the tourist guides who may have stories not necessary true. So do your homework forehand. Beautiful garden. Please study the history of this gardens before attending, you will have a better understanding of the purpose of the garden, the Kinkakuji, and other constructions.
