The station is a Japanese state-owned railway station in the past located in the city of Happy Valley, Hokkaido. It was abandoned in 1987 with the stop of the Guangwei line. The station name derives from the place name of the station "happiness", and because of this happy name, the station remains in people's hearts, although 30 years later, the station has become a love memorial and blessing place for lovers.
