The Capitol was initially built in 1859, but unfortunately the magnificent building was destroyed in a fire in 1916; then the new Capitol was rebuilt in the same style in place and completed in 1922. In the center of the Capitol is the famous Peace Tower, which is 90 meters high. It is known as the most exquisite Gothic building in the world and the tallest building in the Capitol. In the center of the square in front of the Capitol, there is the Evening Bright Fire Tower built to commemorate the centenary of the founding of Canada, which was lit on New Year's Eve in 1967 and will burn for a long time. The emblems of the Canadian states around the Fire Tower are carved and the dates of their entry into the Union are recorded. It's a beautiful building with some attached buildings and sculptures around it.
