The monastery apartment, just named after the monastery, has nothing to do with the monastery. The whole building adopts brick and wood structure, which is a typical Spanish-style building. The two buildings are connected by a corridor, which is the embodiment of the style, because Spain faces the Mediterranean Sea, which is rainy due to the influence of the monsoon and hot in summer. Each floor of each building is composed of two residential units, and the units are divided into 3-room, 4-room, 5-room and other types of units. The composition of the interior space of the building is rich in layers, and the internal and external detailed components are all marked with Spanish style. For example, its doors and windows mostly use iron grilles, and the interior parts are also separated by iron grilles, which are rare in general low-rise apartments. It is now used by Hunan Road Sub-district Office and other units.
