Shipu Old Street, located in the ancient city of the Shipu Fishery Port in Shipu Town, Xiangshan County, was built in the Ming dynasty. Also known as the Central Street it was developed in the Qing dynasty. It is a rare ancient building group of fishing villages in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Shipu Old Street was originally a very prosperous commercial street. After being renovated, it maintained the architectural style of the Ming and Qing dynasties. The five fire-blocking doors spanning on the streets, the old site of Shipu Inspection Department, and the old shops on both sides of the street, all have high ornamental and research value.
