Lingyan Temple is located at the foot of Shenggui Mountain in the north of Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, about one kilometer away from the urban area. The statues date from the late Ming Dynasty to the modern times, and lasted for nearly four hundred years. It is a later group of statues after the Feilai Peak in Hangzhou and the stone carvings on the cliffs in the Yuan and Ming Dynasties. Among them, there are engraved statues of Sakyamuni Buddha, standing statue of Amitabha, Avalokitesvara, Jigong statue holding a broken banana fan, and Maitreya statue with a belly and a belly. In addition, there are still poems such as "The Song of Kindness" and poems by Laozi, Zhuangzi and Bai Juyi. All these monuments have important historical significance and cultural value.
