The Church of St Anastasia and the Bell Tower are the largest church in Dalmatia. The oldest part of it is an early Christian church whose current Romanesque appearance is of the 12th century. The cathedral was damaged in the war of siege and conquest of the Crusaders in 1202 and later expanded. The towering bell tower is its sign. We also went inside the church and there was a staff member sitting at the door, who seemed to be not allowed to take pictures, so no interior shots were taken.
