Renewal and clean inside
Original Text
The earthquake-resistant reinforcement work was completed and the building was renewed. The window sash was changed and the carpet was pulled in the building. It wasn't like a material warehouse like before, but instead of a clean exhibition.
The Asahi Town Museum (Asahi Village Office) will be reopened on Saturday, April 15, 2017. Opening date: Wednesday, Saturday (excluding public holidays) 10:00 to 16:00 Present the museum trading card in a first-come, first-served order ❗
The Asahicho Museum is closed for earthquake-resistant reinforcement work until Heisei 29 Year 3. It is scheduled to be reopened in 4 in the same year.
Originally built in the Taisho era as the Asahi Village Office, it is used as a museum that mainly exhibits folk materials donated by locals. Admission is free, but it is only open on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so you need to pay close attention. There are quite a lot of interesting materials in the museum, and the collection and organization were also done, so I personally liked the contents of the exhibition. However, unlike the museum, it is not an easy-to-understand exhibition method, so children need someone who can guide them. ...
In the museum, which uses houses of old tangible registered cultural properties, various materials are roughly placed inside. What was particularly memorable was the fragments of bombs during the war and the palanquin on which doctors rode during the Edo period. Please note that only the 2 schedule is open a week. Looking at the list of visitors, there were few visitors, and I was alone that day.
