This time I came to Changchun for a tour and found a niche travel spot, Changchun Jingyuetan National Forest Park, located in Jingyue Street, Nanguang District, Changchun City, with a ticket price of only 30R. You can see snowmen tied with bow ties and interesting ice sculptures. You can see the blue ice by taking a sightseeing car to the end station, the Ice and Snow World station. Make sure to catch the last bus at 16:00! Otherwise, it would be too tiring or too cold to walk to the entrance. On the sightseeing car, I chatted with a lady who has been working in Jingyuetan since she was 18. She said, 'Why are there such beautiful ice cubes, and why didn't I know about it after working here for so long?!' Haha, it's probably a newly discovered niche photo shooting spot! After getting off the car, I saw a large area of blue ice, rows of neatly arranged blue ice in front of me, which were ice cubes collected for ice sculpture construction. They seemed to be ice cubes collected after work, which might not be suitable for shooting. If you go further in, there will be some unmined ice cube piles. The ice cubes are unevenly layered and piled up together like a blue ice glacier! That's the popular photo spot~ Blue ice paired with pink sunset, people standing there can immediately take romantic photos of the blue planet. Some people even believe it's a mini Iceland in Changchun~ It also has a bit of the atmosphere of the movie 'Love Letter'. The small train and blue ice are both at the end station 'Snow World'. If you want to hang out for a longer time, you can refer to these few stations: 1. The third station, Black Pine Forest The Black Pine Forest is definitely a great place to shoot after the snow, and it's a great place to shoot in summer 3. A large area of trees has been planted around Jingyuetan, making it a very large forest park in Changchun, known as the sister lake of Taiwan's Sun Moon Lake. 2. Changying Century City Changying Century City is located in the southeast of Changchun's urban area, on the west side of the Jingyuetan scenic area. It is a famous movie theme park in China, built by drawing on the essence of Hollywood Universal Studios and Disney amusement parks. 3. Changchun World Sculpture Park Changchun World Sculpture Park is located in the southern part of Changchun and is one of the larger sculpture parks built in the central area of a city in the world. It displays nearly five hundred pieces of sculpture art, which can be considered a collection of the finest in world sculpture art. The park has a beautiful environment, with sculptures everywhere, allowing visitors to wander in the ocean of art while enjoying the breath of nature. The entrance fee is only 30 yuan, which is truly a fair price. An additional 20 yuan is charged for the sightseeing bus, which you board by lining up with a wristband. You can ride it multiple times, but it doesn't stop on demand; you must get on and off at designated stops. Please note⚠️ that the sightseeing bus operates on a one-way loop and does not return. I didn't get off on my first ride, traveling from the starting point to the end, taking in the sights all around. Remember the stops you're interested in, and after reaching the end, take the bus again. I first went to the Baxi Station to check in (the first picture is from there), and it's really photogenic. I arrived late and had limited time, so I didn't get to see everything. I only went to Baxi Station, the Vasaloppet Museum, and the Ski Resort Station. If you have time, you really should go early; the park is particularly large, and going early allows you to visit more stops and feel like you've gained more from the experience. If you're afraid of the cold, remember to bring a light jacket, as it can get a bit chilly on the sightseeing bus. The scenery is really nice, and it's worth visiting～

Changchun's largest 5A tourist attraction, Jingyuetan, is also the largest urban forest park in China. Covering an area of 145.5 hectares, with a forest area of 126.5 hectares, it is located in the Nanguan District of Changchun, with subway line 3 at the entrance. It is said that walking around Jingyuetan takes at least 4 hours. I arrived too late, and when I rushed from the main entrance to the west gate, it took over an hour. The path was mostly wooden walkways through the forest, and I even encountered a couple taking wedding photos. There is also a subway station near the west gate, about 500 meters away. The rush walk was to breathe in more fresh air. I had been here twice before, once during the winter for the Vasaloppet Ski Festival, in a white world, and another time I took an electric cart around because it's so large that even with the cart, the trip is not short, with over a dozen spots to stop and take photos. In the scenic area, you can rent electric carts to drive yourself, as well as electric bikes, bicycles, and there are also boats available, but these are not very cheap. There are not many food options in the park, very primitive, so it's a good idea to bring some food. The area near the Vasaloppet Museum is great for portrait photography, while the Northeast Tiger Forest Park and the Panda Pavilion both have separate admission fees. Personally, I will definitely come again, arrive in the morning, walk around the whole area, thoroughly cleanse my lungs, and refresh the air for my body. Or bring a tent and stay overnight in the scenic area. However, for friends looking for a holiday and relaxation, driving an electric cart, rowing a boat, and having a picnic here would also be delightful. For such a large scenic area, a ticket price of 30 yuan is quite cheap, thumbs up.

We visited Jingyuetan during the national school summer holidays in July. It was incredibly quiet. An important consideration when visiting the park is how to get around. The park would take hours to walk around. The park offers a range of transport options. You can hire an electric buggy, but need to have had your China driving license for more than 2 years. You can also hire a range of bicycles. We decided to pay for the park bus which was only 20rmb for an unlimited wristband. There are many stops within the park and a bus comes every 10 minutes or so. The park feels very unique in China, it feels more like northern Europe because Changchun is so far north. The trees are very tall and walking through the park is a cool and relaxing experience in the height of the Chinese summer. There is lots to do in park including watersports, a small animal park and a range of walking trails. The park/ reserve is a long drive out of the city itself but the roads are easy and there is a multi level parking lot right next to the park. Jingyuetan is well worth a day out and can easily occupy a whole day.
