Travelogue of Changchun Baihuayuan

Changchun Baihuayuan, with its green grass and fragrant flowers, is located at the southern end of the city, like a paradise in the midst of the bustling metropolis. Baihuayuan is the largest and most diverse floral theme park in Jilin Province, featuring wild flowers from the Changbai Mountain area as its main landscape characteristic, integrating multiple themed gardens such as roses, peonies, chrysanthemums, perennial flowers, and aquatic flowers. Wandering among the sea of flowers, strolling in the summer breeze, the sound of cicadas ringing in one's ears, and the sight filled with vibrant colors and diverse floral tones, it feels like stepping into a fairyland on earth. Baihuayuan is located at the intersection of Fangcao Street and Weishan Road, covering a total area of 18 hectares. It consists of seven scenic areas: Green Field Trails, Forget Worries, Autumn Echoes, Silk Road Flower Rain, Mirror Lake Lotus Charm, Changbai Elegance, and Flowing Flowers Dream Pursuit. The park has planted 71 families, 180 genera, and 235 species of various flowers. It is the first specialized flower park in our city that integrates production research, science education, species collection, and recreational viewing, and it is an important part of the city's landscape.
