Upper Slaughter

Wonderful little village. really quaint and quiet. stayed at a converted barn next to a beautiful ford. you can walk to lower slaughter which is so picturesque and then to Bourton on the water. must see places in the Cotswold!

The village is mainly known for its complete preservation of the cottages, compared to the water Burton, the village of Upper Slaughter is very few tourists, full of the unique tranquility of the English countryside, come here as if into a paradise.

A village town west of Oxford, north of Bath, about 75 kilometers long, is said to be a model of English countryside.
