The Yalu River Broken Bridge is the remnants of the original Yalu River Bridge, the first of many bridges on the Yalu River, built by the Railway Bureau of the Governor General of Korea in Japan. In May 1909, without consulting the Qing government, construction was first carried out on the North Korean side, and after half of the project was completed in April 1910, Japan forced the Qing government to agree to build a bridge on the Chinese side, and construction began in Anton in May of the same year and was completed in October 1911. In November 1950, it was bombed by the United States Air Force and became a witness to the history of resisting the United States and aiding the vicissitudes of the Korean vicissitudes. There is a gun building at the bridgehead of the broken bridge, which was built by Japan in the summer of 1928, 11 meters high (including the basement), and six meters in diameter. He is a historical witness of Japanese imperialist aggression and looting of our country.

The older generation has plots. Some even parents are buried on the other side, and they came to Dandong to be closer to their families. The ticket itself is 30 yuan or not cheap, just walk a short distance. Even people who met up to meet did not know that the Yalu River is opposite the North Korean shore... quite magical, some history has been forgotten in the younger generation.
One of Dandong's iconic attractions, one of the country's famous red attractions, knock down American imperialism!!!!!
The Yalu River Broken Bridge is worth visiting. Here you can not only understand the history of the Broken Bridge, watch the scenery on both sides of the China-North Korea Straits, but also stimulate patriotic enthusiasm and the ambition of reporting the country.
It's so good, I want to go to Shanghai, buy a ticket tomorrow, brother, wait for me, I will go there right away
All travelers to Dandong will go to the banks of the Yalu River to see the broken bridge built in 1909. The broken bridge was the first bridge on the Yalu River. It was blown up by the US military when it resisted the US and aided the DPRK. There are four holes left on the Chinese side, which is a must-visit landmark in Dandong. Follow the broken bridge to the remaining bridge, facing the river wind can overlook North Korea. Next to the broken bridge is the Sino-DPRK friendship bridge that was the volunteer army "staggering, angry, across the Yalu River". It is a bridge of friendship that witnessed the people of China and North Korea join forces to fight the invaders.
