Less than expected
We stayed over the July 4th weekend. I grew up camping at many campgrounds/state parks. I would not consider this a standard state park. There are NO trees at campsites, it is more like those privatel...

We loved our stay in the cabin there and the DNR were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed swimming and kayaking there also.

Great park
Great park. Went swimming at the so called beach and there were tons of fish that came right up to me. It was an amazing thing to see! Very peaceful with tons of hiking trails.
