中国亭园，位于香坊东部，依当地地势而建，以亭为主题，追溯中国“亭”的发展历史及在园林景观中的地位，陶然亭、醉翁亭、爱晚亭、牡丹亭等30多座亭，或古朴厚重、或灵巧轻盈的亭、廊、榭、阁，按照1:1的比例复建于园内，十分壮观。免门票。

中国亭园位于黑龙江省哈尔滨市香坊区，公园北这是一处占地面积72.9公顷的公园，也是目前国内同类主题中占地面积最大的公园。顾名思义，公园整体以亭为主题，展示了各个阶段国内著名的亭园。这里集文化和娱乐为一体，是欣赏中华名亭的游览佳处。
