This was the Bacardi building when Cuba was free. After the fall of Batista, many businesses fled the Castro rule. Bacardi took their business and recipe to San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Visited as a fan of Bacardi in my early 20s, nothing here screams rum and it’s just another big building in the city otherwise.

This building used to be the head quarters of Bacardi before the company left Cuba. Look at the facade and the bat on the roof!
