History Museum of Ho Chi Minh City

There are no highlights in the selection, cloth exhibition, narrative, etc., which is a pity. We loved the sculptures here, no air conditioning, a bit hot, but it was still worth a visit. It could be very crowded - it proves its value as a tourist spot. As I explored this fascinating museum full of Vietnamese historical treasures, I felt like Indiana Jones, from its prehistoric, medieval Cham period and colonial history. The artifacts were really amazing and the signage was very good. Highly recommended.

In fact, there are not many things on display. The entire museum has only one floor and is divided into different rooms. Each room displays different themes. Personally, I prefer the stone carvings of the Buddha statue, which are very beautiful. It should be reminded that photography should be prohibited in the museum, because several times I raised the camera, there would be staff coming towards me, and then I dare not take pictures, and I have to wait for him to leave before secretly taking pictures. When I contacted the puppet show in Hanoi, the camera was to buy tickets separately, so I guess here too, the camera needs to buy another ticket to get unimpeded. Next to the museum is the flora and fauna garden, and it is also a 5-minute walk from the Saigon River. It is recommended that these three attractions can be arranged to visit together.
