It can be used by the general public, but the type and atmosphere of the library are completely different from that of public libraries such as ordinary municipal libraries, so if you don't have the materials for the purpose, you can easily use them. Not Hmm. There are tea rooms and famous lanterns of 々 that were located in Takarazuka Family Land on the premises, so why not take a look?

Unlike ordinary libraries, Ikeda Bunko cannot be rented. Although it is only browsing, the reading lights are installed individually and the reading comfort is the best. Immediately after entering the museum, leave your luggage in the locker on your left, go to the reception desk and receive the reading paper. Then, when you leave the room, return the paper with the book name on it to the reception desk. Please note that it is not a style of reading and returning to the original place without permission.
It is a facility that comprehensively conducts various cultural activities.

A little down the slope from the Itsuo Museum of Art. A fairly large site and a magnificent building. It is known that there are plenty of books related to Takarazuka Revue and Kabuki here. On the other hand, there is also a guide that there are tea rooms called Kosaian and Ogaian, and they are doing tea. It is a facility that comprehensively carries out various cultural activities.
It is a special library located from Hankyu Ikeda Station, passing by the side of Ikeda Ekimae Park, and walking north 8 minutes. Even though it is special, it is a library with books about Kobayashi Ichicha and Hankyu Railway, and it is available to the general public for free. If you want to see a book, you can show it by signing it at the reception, but please note that you cannot borrow it only by browsing.
