Info only in deutch. The staff ignore you if you try to ask info in english! Guide-staff look desguisting you. Very, very bad
Watch aircraft activities while relaxing before your flight
We used the Swiss Airline Business Class Lounge before our flight to Chicago. The lounge had a large Observation deck and food buffet.
