The bell tower has changed its shape
Original Text
In Juryoji Temple, which is located in the district where many temples gather, there was a small Gorinto of "Kano Mitsunobu Tomb". And the bell tower is in a different shape. It's made of concrete, but it seems to be technically valuable.
Concrete buildings in the early Showa period remain
Original Text
It is a temple of the Nichiren sect where the former Daikokuden and the bell tower, which are reinforced concrete buildings in the early Showa period, remain in the precincts. I think it is rare that concrete-roofed buildings still exist.
The graveyard of Mitsunobu Kano, a painter who is famous for the Sonojoji barrier paintings that died in Kuwana, is on the left side of the temple entrance. The former Daikokuden and the bell tower are registered cultural properties. It is good to take a walk along with the nearby venerable temples.
