Monument is locate don Ivana Frankamsquare innfront of the theater. Nice area, city center-advice to combine visiting with governmental quater taht is attached!

This is kind of cool to check out if you are in the area. I wouldn't make a special trip for it. But if you are nearby it's an interesting statue to take photos with.
