The place is great if you want to spend sometime alone or with someone. The perfect time to be there is the summer mainly but it's also beautiful in the late spring or autumn. The only bad thing I saw...
Nice Park
I thought this park was OK. It's kind of large and has a nice forested area. So you can really feel like you're walking in a wooded area.
Nivki Park. A convenient location park near the metro with a wonderful corner of wooden sculptures.

The worst park in the city
The park looks terrible. It's completely abandoned, the infrastructure is broken, the steps are gone, the lakes are abandoned with garbage. The only plus is almost virgin forest, so some may like it.
