Guangxi is in my top 5 scenic provinces in China. Before coming to Guangxi, I thought it only had Guilin. After several visits, I discovered just as 'National Geographic' says, 'Guilin's landscape is the best under heaven, but every part of Guangxi is like Guilin.' Not only does it have the only nearshore island where you can see whale pods, but it also boasts the world's most beautiful highway and Asia's number one transnational waterfall. Haokun Lake is located beside the Baise to Lingyun highway, formed by the damming of the Chengbi River system. The Haokun Lake tourist resort is situated in Lingzhan Township, Lingyun County.
