Arkansas State Capitol Highlights: Must-See Features and Attractions
Some information may have been translated by Google Translate
The Arkansas State Government is a white building with a limestone exterior. Built in 1915, the government building is 100 years old and is a work of art in itself. Every detail of the building dilutes the original designer's taste, and the momentum is extraordinary.

They offer guided tours within the hour and self-guided tour brochures if you are in a hurry. We arrived at 10 o'clock, just when the tour started. They allowed us to attend instead of waiting another hour for the next trip. It was quite informative and we were taken to a nice place in the building. Some areas were being renovated and when we went they were installing new carpets in the room of the "house". Our guide was finished walking across from the Treasury. Make sure to stop there before you leave if you have time. If you are lucky, they will show you around the safe and invite you to hold $500,000 in the vault. Parking Note: I parked on Capitol West Street, where there are lots of parking spots. I think it was 50 cents per hour and really cheap. The sights I saw were marked up to 2 hours, but that should be enough time to take the tour and walk grounds. If you are lucky, you may be able to score in a place that looks free on W 4th Street.
Very historical and beautiful. Tip: Note that if you walk up the stairs, it’s easy to see all the photos on the wall and miss a step or two. Many activities are underway and you can even find President Clinton or Governor if you come on the right day.
Still a pretty good place, slowly go around
Beautiful scenery, very good choice, I like this place very much!
