Located in independent square. Free to enter. Beautiful simple designed cathedral from early 1900. Free to enter, just be mindful of worshippers. Worth a stop.

Nice from outside

Really well-maintained, still as white as if it was painted this month. Went inside for a peep, but not as impressive inside as from outside.

Better than expected

We liked this austere church, and especially the stairs. It's very central in The Baixa quarter and close to other things you might want to look at.
