Seasonal Garden
This is a great place to visit during any season, however I highly recommend to visit during cherry blossom season so that you can see the weeping sakura tree.

桜の季節で良かった
医光寺の本堂を抜けて ゆっくりと見ることが出来ました。古木であろう枝垂桜が春風に花びらを散らして 池を桜色に染めている光景は素敵でした。雪舟が作庭したものですが 庭の中央に亀を模した島にも桜が舞い散る光景は素晴らしいです

あまり広くないが
緑と水、岩などの配列にも興味がある。医光寺の雪舟庭園、がけを利用しており日本庭園の美と静けさを感じさせる。縁側に座りのんびりと考え事をして心を落ち着けたい。 案内ガイド放送が流されている。500円で入園できる
