Natural pools

Interesting beach with volcanic shores. During the tide, water fills natural pools, forming a lot of baths. Sometimes you can see stuck fish in them :)
It is a swimming pool near Hauki Port, about 20 minutes by car from Motomachi Port. The entrance was difficult to understand, so I got off to Hauki Port and made a U-turn. Furthermore, the road from the Toshiki campsite to the swimming pool was very difficult to understand, so I almost gave up, but when I left the campsite and went further, I found the entrance! The road to the coast is very narrow, and I finally got on the road that seems to be difficult to pass each other! I was able to reach ✨ Parking Special ...
It is the sea that I want to go slowly again when there are few people.

In August, I went for snorkeling purposes! It's a natural tide pool, but there are some waves. The water is transparent. It is difficult to access the beach and the rocky coast, so I think it is better to be careful about your feet and clothes (rush guards, etc.) so that you do not get injured. It's not that big, so if there are a lot of people, you can't enjoy it if you're a little calm. But it was a recommended beach to enjoy snorkeling on Izu Oshima. By the way ...
On the day I went, the waves were small 々 due to the aftermath of the typhoon, and the swimming range was a little limited, but I could still feel the atmosphere of the subtropical sea. I think I could have enjoyed corals and colorful small fish more if the conditions were good. It is a rocky area, so you need to prepare as it is.

Underwater world
On this beach we mastered snorkelling, though there were big waves, we enjoyed the beauty of the underwater world.
