It is one of the warehouse districts along the Otaru Canal. The 2nd floor is a tour course, and if you go around, you can learn the process of making beer. The 1st floor is a beer hall and a shop. There is a preparation kettle and a filtration kettle in the center of the hall, and it is said that it is actually operating.
