Dedication of the Otsu Matsuri hikiyama cruise!

    Original Text

Do you know "Joshuji"? It is a temple located in Miyuki-cho, Otsu City, and is located in the city and can be reached on foot from Otsu Station. It is a Jodo Shinshu Honganji school temple and its history dates back about 400 years during the Keicho era. It is a place for the dedication of the Otsu Matsuri Hikiyama parade, and the three-story building seen from the outside is magnificent and looks like a historic temple with a long history. The mountain gate is open, so please enter and take a peek.

When I visited Otsu station, I stopped by. It is located in an alley a little from the station. It is a historic temple that has a deep relationship with the Otsu Festival parade.

It was a temple opposite the temple of Tenson Shrine, and it was not particularly characteristic. The back of the Kurile is a 3 floor, and I was impressed that it was recently made. If you don't like things very much, you won't be a tourist destination.

Jinshuji Temple was located in a residential area a little from the center of Otsu. It is a Jodo Shinshu Honganji school temple. The history of the temple dates back to the Keicho era (about 400 years ago). Under the Kaiki and Josen Hoshi, who were vassals of Nagamasa Asai, the founder of today's Otsu Festival, Jibei Shioya, and others became the center, and opened a nenbutsu dojo in the present location (Fuseya Town). Even now, this temple is the place of the final karakuri dedication of the Otsu Matsuri hikiyama tour, which is a traditional event in view of such history ...
