Singapore 🇸🇬 Tropical Style - Palawan Beach
Singapore's Sentosa Island is made up of three beaches: Tanjong Beach, Palawan Beach, and Siloso Beach.
The best thing about Balawan Beach is its location and comfortable sandy beach. The bay has fine sand, clear water, coconut trees, blue sky and white clouds, but there are not many tourists who come here to swim in the sea. There are also facilities such as the Singapore Fantasy Park around the beach, which are well worth a visit.
A suspension bridge connects the Balawan Sea with another small island. This is the southernmost point of the Asian continent and the closest point to the equator in Asia. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset here. Walking across this narrow suspension bridge, you arrive at a small island with two ancient and elegant pavilions built behind it. The pavilions are connected by a long corridor. Climbing up to the pavilions, you can overlook the South China Sea with many giant ships anchored and the docks arranged with tall cranes.
The towering coconut trees on Palawan Beach sway in the wind, the blue sea and sky, the shadows of trees gently swaying in the sunshine. Palawan Beach is the most beautiful golden beach at the southernmost tip of Singapore.
Very nice beach! The sand is so fine and white. Very clean too! Perfect place to sun tan, picnic and swim
visited the beach on a weekday morning to find fences, scanning point and rope squares for each group of no more than 5 (some weren’t...). beach was clean, water a decent opaque green (normal for Singapore), and the lifeguards were keeping an eye on things as we heard them yelling at people to not climb on the rocks 100m away. Nice view of the offshore ships in Singapore anchorage (>30 in sight), but no oil and debris, and by coincidence a lot of Air Force planes and helicopters flying up and down too.
Palawan Beach, fantastic place to unwind, plenty of personal space unlike European Beaches - bonus the day we went it was 32 degrees, loved it the sunset was spectacular. Very beautiful scenery, a good IG spot in the bridge, and a high observation tower for a comolete view of the beach. There are free shuttles around the beach area, so I don't have to walk too much.
The winding coast, the beautiful bay, the beaches with coconut groves...Thanks to the prestigious location of the southernmost part of the Asian continent, people came to check in and play, and there were many locals dining here... The beach is more original, probably with the busiest straits and ports in Singapore nearby. Related, the sea is not very clear, but the sand is acceptable. A little far away there is a public swimming area, and there is a coast guard patrol to protect safety... Compared with the noise on Sentosa Island, it is quieter here, and there is a tram stop, although the waiting time is a bit long...
Palawan Beach 🏝️ is such a romantic beach and location. The hanging bridge, white sandy beaches and multi-storied huts.
