Super clean,conveniently located and fantastic view and ambience private space a few metres to to the waterfront.
Everything you absolutely require in a holiday accomodation
Bed was comfortable and a pull out sofa couch made it so comfy to watch movies and have a view of the waterfront. Will definitely book here again without a doubt

Overnight stay in Nth Adelaide. Great location & apartment facilities. Only drawback was going to another location to pickup keys & finding carpark entrance, otherwise it was a very convenient & comfortable short stay. Appreciated the consideration of a lower unit given a recent medical operation. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you.

The location is excellent, right next to the beach where little one can play in the playground. It’s a good spot to see the sun set though. Drive to harbour town is only 6 mins. The apartment has everything we need, I didn’t use the laundry though, as it looks like the washing machine is operated by a couple of coins which I didn’t bother to do😂. I would recommend this place , quiet and family friendly. The only drawback I would say is the floor is a bit too dirty ( properly only be vacuumed) My little one likes running around with bare feet, after she walks around the apartment I can barely see her feet 😜 I didn’t know Launceston street is actually more clean than an apartment floor before.

Room and facilities were well kept and clean. The apartment was spacious and although it was only 2 of us staying, it would be great if you were travelling with friends of kids. Super close to the beach and main road with food and shopping, but not so close that you get heaps of noise from people. Parking was easily accessible, and would be good for any vehicle as it was open air parking.

Robe Marina was a great stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, right on the marina and beach and a nice easy walk to the town centre. Check in was easy and friendly staff that went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable.

JJeanSawso far so good as I am travelling here with daughter to settle her education matters therefore out to do chores almost whole day, no time to explore the facilities in this hotel.
However, the hotel staff are quite friendly and helpful.

MMetterThe staff were great, the size and fitout of the apartments were good and for Adelaide CBD the price was competitive compared to room only stays.
The positives as well as above were the location to the main shopping area ( Rundall Mall ), the bus station, tram stops, theatre and numerous restaurants/ bars.
The negatives - noise ++. The rooms are off a very stark, concrete and bear corridor, no dampener on the doors and no sound insulation in the rooms. We could hear talking, shutting off doors, walking in the corridor etc - no problem at 6pm but at midnight when we had a 5am alarm it was a deal breaker. No one was being loud, the apartment complex is just a sound nightmare for light sleepers. No helped by tye face the bedroom is on the corridor wall and has a large window to the corridor.
The other issue for me was the quality of the sheets, they were quite rough and uncomfortable on the skin.
If you are a good sleeper then this us an ideal stay. If you are a light sleeper then pack the ear plugs.

吴吴The location is on Kent Street, twenty minutes walk from the city center. The new apartment is quite clean. The street nearby is very quiet and there are not many people. The mall is a bit far away. There are several restaurants downstairs that have been lively since Thursday, usually only breakfast. The glass shelf where the toiletries are placed in the bathroom is just above the waist. This design is not good and it is dangerous, and it is easy to touch if the bathing station is unstable. The shower is only overhead, which is not convenient for ladies. A clothes dryer and washing machine are integrated. Dishwashers with pots and pans are considered complete. Limited to four, more than four people is not enough. Check out at ten is too early

MMDanielsPretty satisfied in all areas considering it was the first time staying here apart from the service received at reception with checking in, enquires, information, checking out. A few miserable workers who don’t provide a warm welcoming at all and didn’t explain how to access services within the building clearly. It was really dreadful and disappointing having to ask for help from people like this. We didn’t bother asking to extend our stay another night, we booked elsewhere instead and would rather look to book at other hotels over Avani in future

Great location etc. My only criticiscm is the tv is fixed to the wall nownere near the beds, so you cant watch tv in bed, and, the double couch was just too small and cheap an uncomfortable frankly. Definitely in need much better bigger comfy couches in the rooms.

AAnonymous UserCheck-in was a breeze.The room was decent,clean and functional.The toaster and microwave oven with ample cutlery and plates were a pleasant surprise.
Unfortunately we were late checking in and couldn't confirm our breakfast for the following day.Just as well there were the toaster and microwave oven.
Checking out was equally simple and fast.
The hotel seems to be a distance from food outlets though.Best for people who have their own transport.On the plus side,it is quiet and we got a good night's sleep.

GGuest UserThe room and hotel were lovely. Reception staff were great and coffees from the bistro were well made and tasty. I only had a very quick overnight visit to Adelaide, and really only used the hotel as a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable and room was large. I believe that public transport is nearby, but did not use it or have any chance to explore the immediate area. As far as I know the bistro/coffee shop is the only added feature the property offers.

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is not in the city center, the surrounding environment is very good and the hotel is also very distinctive. There is a 98 free loop line at the door, which can go to the city center. The hotel has an underground parking lot for $15 a day. You can go directly to the room from the garage, but you need to move your luggage.
