The room is very spacious and comfortable. I booked a view room with an invincible city view. The restaurant is very comfortable, the service is warm and caring, and it is a pleasure to have breakfast outside. The room attendant made us an elephant out of towels specially.
The room is clean and tidy and noise-free. According to the hotel management, the service staff is friendly, enthusiastic and attentive. The security check at the door ensures the safety of the guests. The restaurant is spacious and bright, open all day, the breakfast is especially rich, and there is free parking in the hospital.
I recently stayed for two nights at the Radisson Blu and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and I was greeted with thoughtful welcome treats. The gym facilities were top-notch, and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location offers plenty of activities and attractions nearby, and the area really comes alive at night, making it great for a leisurely walk. With numerous restaurants in the vicinity, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.
The best decision for this trip to Kigali was to book this hotel. It has high cost-effectiveness, good service, cleanliness, rich and delicious breakfast, and the Chinese Embassy is next door. In short, it is highly recommended!
The hotel's service is very good, the environment is good, and there is an outdoor swimming pool with a wide view and very comfortable. The hotel also has security personnel. Safety comes first in Africa, so you should choose a safer hotel. This is what I am most satisfied with. I look forward to coming back next time!
The hotel opened by the Chinese owner is not bad overall, and the breakfast that comes with it is also very good. The attached restaurant is a Chinese restaurant, I think the taste is quite good. The only disadvantage is that the surrounding environment is a commercial area with a lot of people, unlike Marriott and Four Points, which are very clean and wealthy areas. Although the law and order in Rwanda is very good, I still don't dare to go out at night for the first time.
Our room was equipped with an outdoor balcony. Although the friend's room did not have a balcony with a living room, it was much more comfortable than the ordinary standard room. The front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic and helped us make an appointment for the driver to the national park. When we went, the service of booking the pick-up by email was also very good. The breakfast buffet was very rich, I ordered roast pork chops for dinner, which was quite delicious and the tip was included in the meal. The fly in the ointment is that the driver asked us for 60 knives after the return reservation from the hotel to the airport, and the front desk told us before that it would cost 35 knives.
Hotel was near airport but far away from the city. Room was poorly maintained as many appliances were faulty, such as the fan and water heater, which were quickly fixed by the staff. Would not recommend if you want a fuss free stay.
Most perfect location one could find in Kigali. Great services and facilities. highly recommended!!
Rooms are of good size and also very clean.
The rooftop restaurant has an amazing view of the city!
Couldn’t find anything negative to say
It's the one in the movie, I chose here specially. Everything is pretty good, and I will continue to live here in the future.

GGuest UserThe room is bigger and cleaner! The restaurant upstairs is not bad! But the hotel room has no shower, there is a bathtub, this is not particularly good! Be careful when taking a bath. In addition, the rooms are all big bed rooms, no twin rooms, and later we directly added an extra bed.
