Amazing location! My 2 friends and I stayed for 3 nights and we were able to get a lot of things in Downtown done as the hotel is super close to Union Station. Very clean and private, kind of airbnb style. 1 bedroom (glass sliding doors), 1 sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a circular table. Everything we needed! Will say it is an apartment building so the front desk isn't with RivetStays, but everything was overall smooth with online check in services. Amenities were standard, shampoo conditioner body wash, towels etc.

Pros: The hotel is in a good location, within a five-minute walk of the Toronto CN Tower and Rogers Centre. The room is quite large, and it is not a problem for two adults and two children to stay. You can buy some food and cook. The equipment is complete. There is a Starbucks downstairs, which is very convenient. There is a large 24-hour supermarket on the corner. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main attractions. Cons: Full self-service check-in, no cleaning. You have to wash your own towels and take out the trash yourself. Overall, it is worth staying

I saw the address and door of the apartment, but I actually got the key from the supermarket. The apartment is relatively new, with three rooms, two bathrooms and three beds. The decoration, furniture and appliances are all new, suitable for families.

I want to start by saying how happy I am that the host let us check in an hour earlier since it starts at 5pm instead of the regular 3pm. This is an Airbnb type of place that requires you to put a $450 deposit for a one night stay which I thought it was very high. The location is amazing, walking distance to the CN tower and restaurants.
It is a very cute place except for the cleanliness. The place was DIRTY. We decided to not use the shower because it was full of mold and hair (picture attached), there was hair everywhere! We saw there was a washer and dryer but the washer was full of towels that yet needed to be dry so we decided not to use. There were stains in the bed sheets so we decided to lay some of our own towels on top to sleep. We also decided to not touch the kitchen because the burner was broken and we did not want to cause a fire or something like that. Over all, it was decent for a one night stay but they need to fire the cleaner because I believe it is an easy fix to be a better place to stay.

If you are concerned about personal information privacy, please do not choose this accommodation
I honestly don't know if they'll send me and my documents to other places.
Also, students studying at the University of Toronto and traveling to Toronto are noticed!!! They can only check in for people over 25!!!
It took us a lot of effort to get someone to check in for us
They can check in at 4 o'clock at the front desk and get off work at 6 o'clock.
Nobody's listening to the phone at night. It's really bad.
I almost thought I was going to sleep on the street
And this is not a hotel, it is an apartment
The front desk has only staff like security guards, who are unknowing about this ”short-term hotel-style” accommodation.
But the location and room environment are really good
But there are also good prices and environment hotels nearby

Even better than the photos and my expectations. The garage was convenient, and the location was easy to find—perfect for commuting to downtown Toronto. Last but not least, the staff were very prompt and kind. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Toronto.

According to the condo regulations every guest must provide their personal information prior to checking in. We kindly ask that you provide the full names of every guest staying in the apartment. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an antifraud measure. Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check in from the age of 18, but with increased deposit.
Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information ARE NOT allowed into the building.
- Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon request and not included in the price. Please request in advance as it could be booked.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

GGuest UserSome communication difficulties with getting information about our reservation and check in was confusing. However once we got to our suite it was amazing! Perfect location and full amenities. Everything is walking distance. CN Tower and Rogers Center 4 min walk. Subway is safe and convenient (Union Station is a 5 min walk). If you are going to concert venue at Roger’s Stadium it is not close, however we took the subway from Union Station to Downsview Park. (Easy and safe). Amazing views from great balcony too! We will be back!

Room size was spacious equip with washer and dryer in room itself . Efficient layout. Dishwasher and stove all in good condition. TV can play nextflix etc. An enjoyable stay
