Very good hotel, but it is best to bring some snacks. I like everything else, especially the hot springs and skiing. The price-performance ratio is high. But there is no body lotion in the room, I hope it will be improved, and the room I stayed in was unhygienic and smelled

There is a station connection. As soon as you leave the train station, you can clearly find the shuttle bus. It is very convenient. After arriving at the hotel, the service staff will immediately receive the reception. It is very thoughtful. The relevant needs are also tried to help. The room is spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy. If you do not arrange other outdoor trips, The hotel has everything you need to hang out for a whole day!

I was looking for a hot spring inn near Lake Inawashiro and found this one! The building was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The night view from the window was wonderful. The hot spring and open-air bath were stylishly designed like a spa. It was a great way to relieve the fatigue of the day. The food was especially good. There was a live kitchen and the desserts were plentiful, even though it was just for breakfast. They also had ingredients unique to Aizuwakamatsu, so it was nice to be able to taste local ingredients.

This was definitely one of my best experiences in a hotel. Really really helpful and friendly staff! You have enough space in your room, new towels everyday and an onsen to perfectly relax in the evening. You can also sim race or hang out in the lobby with different activities to do. I can only recommend this place and will always stay here if I come to Ebisu Circuit again.

The location, cleanliness, and staff behavior are excellent. However, the current washing area in the large public bath is out of order. There are only 4 seats, so I would like the seats in the washing area to be fixed soon.

Good location 20 steps from Shinkansen station. Room upgraded on site is optional at reasonable charge. Staff are friendly and polite.

The room is very wide, the furniture and decoration are good, one berth and two food are rich and delicious. We stayed in three berths and the styles are different every day. The staff was very polite and the service was thoughtful. Overall, the experience of staying at this hotel is very good and worth recommending.
