We stayed four nights at Kuromon. Overall, the experience was positive. The owner was very responsive to our enquiries and accommodating for families. The apartment is close to everything!
Location is great, and the apartment is clean!
The only downside is the sensor street light just outside the apartment. Whenever people walk by or there’s noise, the light turns on and makes the whole room very bright at night after the lights are off. It would be great to have curtains to block it out.

It is located 10 minutes walk from the stations of different metro lines, convenient. Check-in is via a tablet at the entrance, you can figure it out. There is an elevator. In front of the elevators there are sets of toothbrushes, combs and tea. The interior is pleasant, there are many storage places. There are no sockets by the bed and table, but there are extension cords. There is a vacuum cleaner, it is very helpful to maintain cleanliness without calling a cleaning service. There is a washing machine, but without a drying function. It took us a while to figure out how to turn on the hot water, because the instructions in English were not entirely correct. The support responds quickly. The apartment lacks a full-length mirror. The bathroom lacks a shelf for a towel and hooks to hang clothes while you take a shower and hang a wet towel after.
The room is large, clean and tidy, and all kinds of supplies are relatively complete. Not only has a hair dryer but also a splint. The kitchen can cook by yourself. It is a ten-minute walk from the zoo front station, Shin-Imamiya Station.
The boss is also very nice. He often asks if he needs help or what daily necessities he needs to provide.
On a day in Kobe, I suddenly wanted to eat a restaurant. The boss actively helped to contact me. I can go to dinner immediately. The efficiency is very high.

Will stay here again if I come back to Osaka. It’s so near to Shinsaibashi street and Shinsaibashi metro. There is a 711 near our stay. MCD, Starbucks and few cafe are nearby.
The place is very quiet and functional as we used the kitchen and washing machine. Although the mattress is quite thin but we are ok with it. There is a big balcony for us to dry clothes too. Overall is a very good stay and will recommend anyone to come and stay here.

Jakotel+ Namba offers a fantastic location, just a short walk from the vibrant Kuromon Market and conveniently close to the train station. The hotel provides clean facilities, including a comfortable toilet and shower area, along with free sleepwear for added convenience. The check-in and check-out process is seamless and hassle-free, and they also offer free luggage storage before and after checkout, which is a great touch.
The only downside is the limited space in the locker area, which can be a bit tight, especially if you have large luggage and need to organize or adjust things. Despite this, I had a wonderful and relaxing stay overall. Highly recommend it for those looking for a peaceful, well-located spot in Osaka!

Good location, everything was clear upon arrival, everything worked out without problems. It was clean, everything worked, a full-fledged room. Despite the fact that the room was small, it had 2 closets, 2 beds, a sofa, a bathroom with 2 rooms, a toilet and a kitchen - just great and everything was thought out! The room is on the corner, so there were also 2 windows!

Advantages
-Distance (Location is good enough to see on foot when sightseeing in Dotonbori and Namba area, but it wasn't noisy and the surrounding area was clean, so it was okay. Convenience stores, supermarkets, and markets are also close by on a straight, flat surface, which is a big advantage)
- Spaciousness (Japanese accommodations are generally very narrow, so it was nice that it was larger than a regular hotel and had all the cooking utensils inside. Tableware, pots, microwaves, gas ranges, etc., and my friend who went with me also said it was spacious, making it one of the best accommodations I've stayed in Japan so far. I liked it the most because it had a bathtub in the bathroom.)
-Washing machine on the 1st floor (it's inconvenient because they don't provide multiple towels, but the other advantages make up for it. Also, I had to wash my clothes anyway, so it was nice to have a washing machine on the 1st floor. However, there's no dryer, so that's a shame...you can use it on the veranda. There is space, but there are no clothespins and there is a risk of it flying away)
- Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation. All my friends who accompanied me said they liked it.
disadvantage
- I felt the bed was a little humid. ㅠㅠ The bedding is a bit thin.
It was a little difficult because it felt wet. Other than that, it seemed to be unfriendly since it is a hostel where trash disposal and other details are managed in detail.
- There is also a vacuum cleaner, but the soundproofing doesn't seem to be very good.
I wish I had more tools to clean it. Since we do not provide a separate cleaning service, it would be nice if, in addition to the vacuum cleaner, something like a broom or a broom were provided when staying for more than 3 days... and a laundry basket too!
Other than that, I didn't feel anything major!
The accommodation was like a cross between a well-managed Airbnb and a hotel.
Let me talk about the advantages first. There are three subway stations around, about a ten-minute walk. It's quite convenient, right next to Tsutenkaku. Two stations from Namba and three stations from Shinsaibashi. Disadvantages: One big bed and one small bed, the whole is soft, especially the small bed, it's hard to turn over, it's too soft, I almost doubt there's any bed board! Another thing is that I have to check out at 10 o'clock. I stayed for 5 nights and wanted to make an exception, whether I can check out at 12 o'clock, but I was told that it's 2,000 yen per hour, the room rate is only more than 700 per night, and it costs 200 yuan to be two hours late. Forget it, I still choose to wander around Osaka, mainly because it's really tiring to carry so many bags!

WWenwen1277The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. You can cook your own food. It is very close to the supermarket. The food bought from the Japanese supermarket tastes very good. The boss is also very enthusiastic.
GGuest UserThe accommodation is near Nishinakajima Minamigata Station, just 1 station away from Shin-Osaka Station. You can travel to many cities. The accommodation has everything you need. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room. There is a washing machine, a balcony for drying clothes, an iron, and other amenities. The owner is kind and gives clear advice on staying at the guesthouse and traveling. He also kindly helped carry our bags because our bags were very big. Restaurants, laundry shops, and convenience stores are about 5-7 minutes away from the accommodation. Thank you very much to the owner for taking such good care of us. It made us feel like going out and coming back home every day. 😄
GGuest UserLocated in a quiet neighborhood, this homestay was really comfortable to live in! It is around a 7-10min from Tamade station or Kishinosato-tamade Nankai line station! Right next to the nankai line station is a neighbourhood food street! great for breakfast and offers freshly made sushi, with a 24hr supermarket that sells cheap instant meals, or even meat if you want to cook in the homestay (which u can!). i booked this for my family with around 7 people and we stayed comfortably, everything was brand new since we were the first customer after their renovation :) super lucky to be able to get such a homestay at this price! I really liked the japanese style room upstairs since its lined with tatami mats, and although the stairs are pretty steep, theres still a nice bedroom downstairs w 2 beds that my grandma could use easily :D 2nd floor bedroom had a lot more space to put our luggages too, and the eating area was just enough for about 4 people. host was nice and responsive to enquiries, and provided 2 charging adapters, as well as board games! was generally a very nice and affordable stay :)
JJoe SnuffyThe room we got was a double futon on the east room upstair, as we love the traditional Japanese style.
The small space has all the convenient with shared space in common area, small kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer in the same room. Everything were tidy and functionally used all the space avail. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. The host thought of everything and provided every information avail for us tourist to use.
Distance is not too far from Rinku-town station. Only cons (out of everyone control) the stair leading to the station has no elevator, which will be challenging for people with large suitcase. We are light traveler, which is not too bad for our case.
Overall, great little space and affordable, short ride to Kansai Airport and save time traveling to the airport, which is a great plus since security check in at Kansai may take up to 90 mins to get through.
GGuest UserAs soon as I entered the store, I heard familiar Chinese. The staff was warm and considerate and helped solve many problems. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was reasonable, the location was great, there were many delicious restaurants nearby, and you could taste authentic Osaka food within a few steps. The staff also helped plan the tour route. This trip in Osaka became more perfect because of this store. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserWe didnt get the right code to access to the unit, fortunately we met some other tenants in front of the elevator and told us that he got email on the day he checked in which we never received any.
The only thing we received days before was the booking confirmation email with a 4digit code which we thought it was the access code. After being stranded for hours and we tried to contact trip.com, finally we received the email with complete instructions.
I brought kids and old folks and it was raining on that day, there were noone to help and no seats for waiting.
And it was the day after long flights we took from overseas. Well we wont come back or recommend anyone to this hotel though it has a good location and the unit is considered clean and complete amenities.
WwyLoveTravelIt was my first time staying in a Japanese hotel. I don't know if self-service check-in is common here, but it was the first time I saw it. The sanitation was also cleaned every three or four days, and the next hotel I stayed in was also the same. I don't know if this is also a Japanese feature. In short, this is not as comfortable as domestic hotels.
The sanitation and environment are quite good. There is a refrigerator and food heating equipment in the room, and there is a free washing machine on the first floor; the quilt feels a bit short, but the next hotel I stayed in was also the same. I don't know if it is also a Japanese feature...
However, the toiletries and hair dryers in Japanese hotels are very easy to use, much better than domestic hotels of the same level, and there is no feeling of inferiority. This is really comfortable and improves the accommodation experience.
The location is also relatively central, near Namba Station, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Considering all the conditions, the cost performance is still quite high, and it is recommended to stay.
GGuest UserThe place was within a strategic location, clean, and with good facilities. it’s only a 5-minute walk from Sakuragawa station and a walking distance away from street foods like Takoyaki, and okonomiyaki. There are multiple convenience stores right across the street to grab a quick bite or satisfy any cravings you have late at night! The room and beds were very clean and comfortable, it's quite spacious for a Japanese room and will easily fit 2 big sized luggage. Checking in was all done on our own and the instructions for our room key were very easy to follow and straightforward. Highly recommended if you want someplace peaceful and quiet at night!
GGuest UserNew clean place with all basic amenities covered.
Relatively convenient location and great for solo female travelers.
The only unfortunate thing is that I got it at expensive price of around 33 usd, so I'd say it's not worth the price. However next day, I saw the price dropped significantly by 10 usd. I overpaid so not good value for money for me.
In the current lowered price, I would recommend it to others
