Excellent service from start to finish, especially thanks to Don at Front Desk, he was just so generous and really went far above and beyond my expectations to ensure my other half and I had an amazing and memorable birthday weekend at The Dilly! Thank you for all the special touches! The perfect location in the heart of London, close to Soho, Chinatown, Piccadilly, Mayfair, St James’, Leicester Square, and Covent Garden. Lovely pool area, but just missing a sauna and would be fantastic if there was a jacuzzi! Breakfast was lovely, just a good amount of variety in a lovely dining space. Would highly recommend for a couples weekend away - we stayed in the Executive room (9th floor) which was spacious, the bed was super comfy and a modern room overall with views of the shard, London eye and Tower of London. Thanks for making our weekend!

Location is great and the nearest tube is Holborn station which is just 10 min walk. There's a well equipped gym with a heated pool and sauna. Room comes with good teabags and Nespresso. Bathroom is very small and hardly any space to open the door. From the pic, I have to stand outside the bathroom in order to take a pic. Bathroom width is only about the width of the toilet bowl.

Hotel was in a great location, been there several times before when it was Staybridge Suites but they have renovated it fabulously!! Staff were very friendly and helpful and it was lovely and clean. Breakfast was delicious!!

Amazing location right next to Stratford station - very convenient with the tube. It’s also next to Westfield mall & Olympic park. Staff was friendly.

The service attitude is friendly, the environment is clean and the facilities are perfect. The location of the hotel is convenient for transportation. There are underground Monument and Bank within a few blocks, and you can walk to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.

The service was good however the dining room and bar had distracting music which spoilt the experience. The meals we had were somewhat over cooked. The breakfast was good and the coffee machine worked well. Enjoyed the two for one cocktails at the bar. However we were disappointed that the desk lamp and the mirrored make up light did not work in our room. There was no designated shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom so had to use the liquid soap and no box of tissues, only the toilet paper The TV had a faulty remote so it took a long time to turn the TV on and then turn it off. Bed was comfortable and room nice and quiet through the night. Perhaps the superior rooms would have been more suitable on the 5th floor?

Check-in is manual, the staff is proactive and courteous, and the key card will be taken to the room in1-2 minutes. And check out is self-service, just return the room card to the door key box when you leave, it is very convenient. The room is so spacious, can put 3 open suitcases flat, and enough position to walk around. The bed was big and comfortable. The air conditioner is also good, quiet and cool. Although WiFi is not high-speed, watching YouTube is still smooth and acceptable. Stayed here for three nights, overall very satisfied, big push.

Stayed as a single for a trip to Covert Garden . Very small 'superior' single room although this did have a large bed . Facilities were clean ; but a shame there was no bedside light , so either bright overhead lights or darkness. A lot of gurgling noises from the pipes all night . Coffee machine did not work properly. Bed was comfortable . Breakfast was fairly good and the staff were helpful . This would be a better review were it not for my experience in the shower in the morning . From a comfortable temperature, the water suddenly turned scalding hot and I had to leap out of the shower. My skin was visibly reddened ( and I have pigmented skin) . Very worrying to think what could have happened with an older person or a child. There must be a failure of thermostatic control if the cold water supply is being used elsewhere. I notified the front desk about this and I hope that the situation is corrected asap for the future safety of other guests.

The location is really good, located in the most prosperous area. It's about a 15-minute walk from the British Museum. Next to it is Oxford Street, where shopping is the most prosperous. We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 in the morning. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us with the luggage storage. We were told that we could check in after 3 pm. The room is on the 2nd floor, with 2 single beds + 1 sofa bed. The sofa bed can only be said to be a makeshift bed (it is indeed a bit too soft). The bathroom is very clean and should have been renovated. The breakfast is a buffet, which is quite rich.

Great service and very good breakfast ! 20-minutes walk to the Tottenham stadium and 1.5 hour to the Heathrow Airport. Will do it again if go for HotSpur’s match.
