We stayed as a family with our 2 year-old baby. The only real advantage of the hotel is its central location. However, we experienced several issues during our stay. There are only 2 elevators in the hotel, and one of them was out of service. We had to wait 5–10 minutes each time, which was especially difficult with a baby. The window in our room was very small and couldn’t be opened. Although there was a ventilation system, it was very noisy, making it hard for our baby to sleep. The electric heater in the room, which looked like a radiator, constantly made noise while operating, which negatively affected our comfort. The room phone was not working. If we needed anything, we had to go down to reception ourselves, which again meant long elevator waits. Breakfast was quite poor for a 5 star hotel. The variety and quality were below expectations. We stayed in an “Executive King” room, yet there wasn’t even a toilet brush in the bathroom, which we found to be an unpleasant oversight. On the positive side, the reception and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Also, having complimentary fruits and water available at the hotel entrance was a nice touch.

Hotel was very nice and the staff were helpful and polite. Lovely location and modern vibe. Just a few downfalls during our stay, was that the steam room was not working in the spa. And we were quite surprised to have received a £6 ‘Tray charge’ for ordering a portion of fries for room service that were only £7.50.. we essentially paid £13.50 for a portion of fries!! Other than those minor-ish points, a lovely stay and would consider returning.

It was clear that they were understaffed. We had to wait an extra 30 minutes to check into our room because it was not ready. Food was not served quickly - we had to ask waiters to get us drinks (they initially told us to order our own drinks at the bar). Other couples were given tables ahead of us even though we were waiting in line first. Overall poor service for the whole weekend. The amenities are great - good food, leisure facilities and spa.

The advantage is that the location is very good, the restaurant is also very convenient, and most of the people staying here are British working-class people.

The service attitude is friendly, the environment is clean and the facilities are perfect. The location of the hotel is convenient for transportation. There are underground Monument and Bank within a few blocks, and you can walk to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.

The location is good, the surrounding residential buildings are very quiet and safe. It is not far from the south Kensington subway station, and it takes only ten minutes to walk. In addition, shampoo paper towels, capsule coffee and other materials are free self-collection management, which is very convenient to take. The inconvenient place is to pay for cleaning, 25 pounds a time. And although breakfast is served, it is basically the same every day. The bread jam coffee series is basically standard. Although the bread is not freshly baked, the taste is still very good. I stayed for four days and felt that I was outside most of the day. I came back to take a bath and sleep. In fact, I lived in room 101. The shower was very smooth, but the sink was very blocked.

Only one elevator worked, so it was difficult to check out. I am satisfied with the location, price, and facilities. It is very quiet. There are also supermarkets such as Amazon Go and Salisbury nearby.

Stayed in a premier plus room on this occasion and was very happy with it. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean and quiet and shower was great. Walking distance to loads of great places and convenient to transport of you need it.

The hotel is in an excellent location, next to the British Museum, it is very convenient to walk to Oxford Street, and there are many restaurants around. The single room is relatively small, but it is enough for one person. The hotel restaurant is good. We went to have dinner at 9:30 in the evening. The waiter kindly reminded us that the kitchen will close in 15 minutes, but we can order with confidence😃

The location is really good, located in the most prosperous area. It's about a 15-minute walk from the British Museum. Next to it is Oxford Street, where shopping is the most prosperous. We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 in the morning. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us with the luggage storage. We were told that we could check in after 3 pm. The room is on the 2nd floor, with 2 single beds + 1 sofa bed. The sofa bed can only be said to be a makeshift bed (it is indeed a bit too soft). The bathroom is very clean and should have been renovated. The breakfast is a buffet, which is quite rich.
