Good location. The room is very basic. Had a triple bunk bed, lower bed was fine, but upper bunk was not clean and had bed bugs. Avoid room with bunk bed. The cards for the door kept not working and I had to go to the reception on multiple occasions to reprogram it. Parking is rather expensive (£12 a day) and I was not told that it is chargeable when registering the plate number at the reception at first. It was very noisy at night, so don't expect any good sleep if you need to have a window even slightly open at night. I could see rats around the hotel. I will not be back at Ibis budget.

Honestly, I have been to many hotels around Birmingham and London, and I also work at multiple hotels as security. I have seen how they are from inside and outside, but trust me, this five-star hotel truly won my heart. The moment I entered, it gave me an old-fashioned feeling. The furniture was amazing, and the view was breathtaking. The ability to play YouTube and watch movies added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient. Opposite the hotel, there are many food shops, and we went around 7:30 PM for food, which I thoroughly enjoyed. McDonald’s is just two minutes away, and a beautiful beach side is within a five-minute reach. The combination of luxurious accommodation and strategic location makes this hotel an absolute gem. Overall, my experience was extraordinary. The five-star hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I’m definitely booking this hotel again in the future. If anyone is interested in a truly remarkable hotel experience that combines classic charm, modern amenities, and a perfect location, I highly recommend visiting and seeing this exceptional hotel for yourself. When I booked, I saw the route closest to the school, but the airport bus went down and we carried the luggage for more than half an hour. If there is no baggage for about 15-20 minutes, the bus can take several stops. Pure English breakfast, breaded omelette bacon ham and potatoes, as well as some side dishes and small West Point, fruit milk cereal tea bags and so on are simple and clean, in short to meet the demand. Parking is available at the hotel entrance. There is no elevator in the three-storey building. Narrow stairs, on the day of check-in, a waiter at the front desk was very nice, helped us carry the luggage upstairs, because I came to study so I brought a lot of luggage. On the day of check-out, only one waiter was busy at the front desk, so our mother and daughter It’s really a shame for the two to move down from the third floor. It is suitable for children with a quiet night and the rooms are air conditioned.

For the paid amount, the hotel was unexpected in terms of the rooms, overall the stay was okay it was a let down seeingthe reviews said that Leonardo Hotel was an amazing Hotel, the room was very average, the bathroom did not add onto our impressions that this was amazing, it looked and smelled old. Paint was chipping off the walls and even a small amount mold was growing in the corners, the shower was small and cramp, the curtain kept sticking to me and it was frankly unpleasant, it just lacked space and just gave off run down vibes, the room had very thin walls and could hear people talking, i say it was a little disapointing from what i was hoping for, the rest of the hotel was great but the rooms were completely different.

The room looks at the yacht port. It is recommended to open a room that can see the Atlantic side. The scenery is good. You have to tell the front desk. In the early morning, there was a motorcycle blasting street, the bar downstairs was noisy, and I was prepared. Breakfast was on the sixth floor. You can see a good view. The small town of Southampton is not seen. It is not recommended to stay in this city. It is recommended to live in Portsmouth next door.
