Customer service is very good, there is assistance in handling check-in matters There is only one bathroom, shared with other guests The room is poorly soundproofed, and the sound of the door when entering and leaving the door makes people unable to rest. The privacy of the room is poor. Even after the door is locked, other guests can still force it open, resulting in no rest in the middle of the night.

Hotel is across the street from the Underground Station. It's very convenient to get to Heathrow airport by public transportation. The rooms are basic but felt modern. The area around the hotel feels safe. There's not a lot of food options and all restaurants nearby are closed by 10pm.

A room with a Concorde view! Great hotel for early flight. We have experienced other hotels at Heathrow and this one is the best. Very friendly staff, clean, great location. We walk to the tube in the morning, 5 mins walk and a short free tube ride to the airport terminal. Good is nice in the pub/restaurant and again competitive compared to some other overpriced hotels at Heathrow.

Amazingly convenient hotel if you arrive or departure from Heathrow T4. We walked through the covered gallery straight from the terminal with the airport trolley right to our 4th floor.  The room was clean, had beds for all the family members. Which was great value for money.  Good early breakfast suited us very well as we travelled from Asia and woke up early.  Good windows don’t let any airports noise inside, we slept very well. All in all recommend this hotel.

The central part of the hotel is filled with light and space. Great when you are in the restaurant. Rooms are clean, spacious, quality sheets and pillow. The staff is available and very nice. I had an issue with my shower and it was sorted asap. Plus of course the proximity of Heathrow T4, with a fully covered passage to go to terminal. Great hotel

The hotel is conveniently located walking distance through a covered walkway from Terminal 4. Access to Terminal 5 is also easily accessible via a free train service. The reception staff were very helpful. The room is comfortable and cosy.

Booked for my parents who would be exhausted after their 10.5-hour flight. I was approached via WhatsApp by their front desk and it turned out that my special request was kindly honoured. Parents were satisfied with the location (although they landed at T3 and took quite a while through the immigration) and the room and amenities were beyond expectation. Would definitely book again when necessary. Would be nice to have fried eggs for breakfast though.

Spacious bedroom & very clean & well-maintained bathroom. I’m staying in premium inn plus for the 1st & last day of my UK trip. Very satisfied & very easy to take bus 105&111 to T2, without the need to use airport shuttle (cost 6-7 pounds) and bus fee with credit card is only 2.5 pounds. Great service at Thyme too & reception at restaurant is excellent!

I was given a very bad room. There were still several steps from the bathroom. I went to the front desk and asked to change the room. The front desk said there was no room. Why didn't you give me a better room? Sure enough, I got up in the middle of the night and tripped on the toilet. And there was no phone in the room, so I went to the front desk to ask anything. Location is great! Remember that parking is £12 per day, but it’s extremely convenient if you would you are going to the airport. Room is very clean and tidy, but you must wash the kettle before using. It’s extremely dirty, even with residue. Still extremely dirty even washed for a few times. Didn’t use the kettle at the end.

One night stay at heathrow after a flight. Emailed hotel the night before to ask for a nice view as it was my brothers birthday treat and he loved watching the planes. Had already booked a runway view room but some are on lower floors so more restricted. On arrival at the hotel they had upgraded us to a suite which was a really lovely gesture however we had booked a twin and the suite was a double. We asked for the sofa bed to be made up. After 4 visits to reception and a 5 hour wait, housekeeping finally made up the sofa bed. By this point we were extremely tired as we'd had a really long day so it did damper our experience a little. The birthday cake and note in the suite were a lovely touch. With the upgrade, we were given access to the executive lounge which has a great view over the runway to watch the planes. Drinks available all day with alcohol in the evening and canapés. Unlike every other executive lounge ive been to, the canapés were served plated to your table which seemed a little strange and also made the service very slow as the lounge was full. Also meant there was a higher level of wastage as people didnt want some of the selection. Based on this visit, I wouldn't book a room for the lounge access. There are much better hotels at the airport with better lounges if that's what your looking for. Beds were extremely comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Again, great view of the runway. Aircon wouldn't go below 20 which was a little annoying with how warm London is at the moment. Great selection at breakfast. Friendly staff. Delicious food. I would stay here again but wouldn't worry about access to the executive lounge as that was disappointing.

The Hilton Garden is always very comfortable and I trust the brand to deliver on cleanliness and customer service worldwide. I was disappointed on this occasion however as it seems the hotel have stopped providing bottled water to the rooms. On arrival, quite late at night, I had to phone the front desk to ask for bottled water even though the usual tea and coffee had been provided in the room. The hotel charged an additional cost for two small bottles of drinking water and had them delivered when I asked. I was also a little confused as to why the receptionist needed to confirm my residential address on check-in when I shared my Hilton Honours membership number. I have never been asked to confirm my home address at a hotel check-in, least of all at an international airport. To add to what seemed a mild invasion of privacy, she began to read my address aloud from the computer, while other parties were also checking in. No issues with the room - it was just an overnight stay - but not the usual standard of efficiency and courtesy that I’ve come to expect from Hilton hotels.

Me and my partner decided to stay here for one night during our trip to London. For the price we was pleasantly surprised. Its ibis budget and not the Ritz Carlton but the bed was comfy and clean the room was basic with a working TV and a Shower with hot water and the hotels staff was able to provide a hairdryer for us to use free of charge. Staff were friendly enough and was able to provide little things like bottle openers. The shared dining space had a microwave and a coffee machine with complimentary herbal tea and everyday tea. However some of the rooms show the age there was an issue with plumbing in our room the drains had a bad smell when the water was running but the staff resolved it It could really do with a dust on the windowsill and behind the TV and on the counters. Breakfast was basic continental breakfast however everything was fresh and of a good quality not bad for the price. All in all enjoy the hotel for short stays and dont be shy to speak to the staff if you have any issues.

The hotel is close to the subway entrance, which is suitable for catching a flight. The receptionist is an old man, who is very serious. We chose this place because we had to pick up the car the next day and it was close to the car rental company. There is a small church next to it.

The location is less than two minutes from the tube station. Although this stay is a double room type, but the bed is not large, and it is particularly soft, as long as it is slightly turned over, it will seriously affect another person. Because I stayed for three nights, I asked the front desk manager to change the room, because the bed type that I had just lived five days ago was a more comfortable hard bed. But the manager obviously said that all the rooms were full, and the beds in all the rooms were the same in hardness. Later, when I went out later in the evening, I saw from the outside of the hotel that many rooms did not turn on the lights. No one stayed. Although I did not maintain the mentality of being able to change the house, I really could not feel the sincerity of the hotel for the service of the guests. If it wasn’t just five days before I lived, I wouldn’t find such a big difference in the quality specifications of the bed. Even more, I came back to the room the next day and found that the so-called room finishing only flattened the quilt. Other cups like coffee and tea were not cleaned or changed, and no tea bags and coffee were added. The floor and toilet were also There is little garbage and it feels very bad. I really don't understand how to stay twice in a week, and there is such a big difference in feeling.
