An old, beautiful and decent hotel. The door of the hotel is very small, but it does not affect the temperament of the hotel. The bathroom door is very old, but the water pipes and shower equipment are very good. The automatic heating of the towel hanger is very user-friendly. History is shown everywhere. The location is super good and it is convenient to go everywhere. Cheltenham is a beautiful place. I don't regret choosing the Queen's Hotel.

This town was outside our plan and gave us an unexpected surprise. It is a beautiful town, don’t miss it. The hotel room is not big, and there is free parking in the yard behind the hotel. The bathroom is a bit short. My husband is 189cm tall and has to lower his head and cannot stand up straight. Our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. Fortunately, we didn't have to carry too many things up the stairs when we drove. The soundproofing is not very good, you can hear the conversation next door. The breakfast was great and the restaurant manager was very welcoming! Will go here next time.

The bed is very comfortable, and if you need it, you can change the sheets in three days. Someone cleans it every day, which is great. On the day of check-in, we will prepare milk bread and some fruits for you. Check in is the main room of the hotel. Personally feel that the facilities are a bit old, not as fresh as the picture. The kitchen supplies prepared can only be used for simple European-style meals, and Chinese-style dishes are reluctant. The washing machine had to complain about it, it was very dirty, there was hair and dirt, but it was useless.

My wife and I stayed overnight at Lucy’s Tearoom on 27th June. The welcome was excellent and the room and ensuite were immaculately clean. We had a comfortable sleep with a copious breakfast in the morning. The B&B has no parking facilities but our arrival and departure times suited the parking allowance in the Square/ 2 hrs free parking between 0900-1800h. Had we spent longer we would have had to find other parking facilities.

Fortunately, we met a foreigner who lived here and told us that there was a doorbell outside the unlocked door. We were able to check in smoothly. The hotel is dated and the floorboards creak everywhere. Feels I bit like and old persons nursing home. But the staff were excellent, every single one of them. Stayed in a double suite… nice enough but that ain’t not suite. We had supper in the Lakeside restaurant on site which was good and reasonably priced but it was cold in the room and the food took ages to arrive… even though I only had a Caesar Salad !! Anyway, we decided not to bother with breakfast but check out as well as check in was faultless. The Spa / leisure club were quite simply dismal. The pool was Arctic cold, changing rooms “snug” and loungers awful.

The address location is not in which tourist town, it is here to experience the manor life of the English countryside. The hotel occupies a huge area, and has not finished shopping for more than half an hour. Many ancient buildings and sculptures. The restaurant is super beautiful and can be used for lunch and dinner here. For breakfast, only take cold food, and the meal will be paid separately. Service is very good, butler style. The room is actually a three-story duplex, the style is more beautiful than the rural mix, but the three floors will be a little inconvenient. Other big room types are not available at the time. Travel to the town attractions for a chartered tour. In short, the trip is worthwhile and the memory is profound. Looking for a different English country rich experience, come here!
