The hotel room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. Nothing to write home about for its breakfast though. We had it for a few days. Whilst the range of food is wide, the actual food don't change much from day to day. One would easily get bored on his/her third breakfast. Although the surroundings (within 2 minutes walk) have little to offer, PO Park is within 5-7 minutes walk away. The hotel further enlarge its guests' travel radius by offering shuttle services (on request). I should also their ability to deal with emergency situations. I actually left important items in the safe upon checking out. Their handling of the situation was appropriate and commendable. All considered, another fine Hilton hotel.

Had a short stay at this hotel with my parents during our trip in Guangdong. Its indoor pool indeed is the catching point when I searched through my hotel choice. And it ends up to be a very satisfactory experience when we tried it. My mom and dad just love the pool so much - size is reasonable and it's very clean, the lighting makes it look stylish too. Other than the indoor pool, I also like its location...just a few steps to a few shopping malls where you can find a variety of shops and numerous restaurants. That's so convenient for short stay visitors to the place. Room is spacious, just that the hotel has a bit of age so I think the design is a little old and outdated. Overall, our stay at the hotel is a very pleasant one.

I don't have doubts about recommending this hotel to friends and family and I would definitely come back again. One thing wasn't really important but a point to mention as the swimming pool was under refurbishment and the roads towards the main entrance were under improvement. But the rest was great. Nice restaurants around and halal food just under 10 to 15 minutes walk to Xiaobei area.

Located just at the heart of Tianhe shopping district, this hotel offered a very affordable price and a decent stay. I might consider to book it again if I had a second chance to go to Guangzhou. At first, as a group of friends, we were a bit concerned if the toilet design would have been too exposed (noise, smell, and visionary) after looking at the room's pictures. But It's far better than the picture! You can't see each other behind the glass (like some hotels), the smell didn't get out, but there could be some sound out. Overall it's really acceptable. The location is GOLD. You can walk to the famous Grandview Mall in less than 10 minutes as well as the cafe/dessert area of Tiyu Xilu behind the mall. Actually the malls near hotel, One Link & Shishang Tianhe, have a lot of great restaurants too. And it's near Guangzhou East Railway Station where you can travel to other cities, though there is not as many routes and trains as at South Station. More for the room and cleanliness: - Smaller than I expected, but still not too cramp for three people. - The building is a bit old and seems like it's in the same building with local/permanent residents. - safety is so-so. There's 2-3 securities I saw. - you can order the delivery and riders can deliver it to you right in front of your door. - no dust and the cleaning was okay - the building is a bit old, so as the room's light - but overall not bad. Very acceptable A big plus is the reception's hospitality! - they offered free bottled water every day. And you can ask for more at the reception. They are not strict. - they helped us reheat our takeaway food, using the staff's microwave. Super lovely.

I was moved to a higher floor where the room is great, the bathroom upgraded but it was smelling really bad.

Nice hotel at fantastic location! I came to Guangzhou for a quick family trip and my family loved it so much that we extend it on the spot when I was supposed to check-out. What's great about it is that the hotel is near Huacheng Square, which means it's close to the Guangzhou Opera House, Guangdong Museum, and the Canton Tower. It's also in the nicer neighbourhood in the CBD so there is plenty of malls, shops, and places to eat. Mr Janni was there to help us a lot so it made the stay more smoother since he spoke English very well. Fun trip and will definitely stay here again next time.

The overall experiences were great! They have a pillow menu, which I love it. Attentive service. We have the Breakfast Buffet everyday, and it was okay, with a lot of choices. We were staying for five days four nights, I figure the food was better when there's a big crowd, cause they keep refilling and cooking new food. However when it comes to less people, the chef became less attentive and kept chatting, the food quality was so so compare to all the Hyatt. And we tried the dinner buffet once for their famous Hainan chicken rice, i was shocked cause they plate their famous Hainan chicken rice next to Char SIU. The flavor had been mixing together totally not what I expected.

Pretty much everything about it was perfect, a comfortable bed, nice windows, quiet environment, very friendly staff who speak English, even the gym was solid. The location is just a couple minutes walk from the MTR. There are also a couple decent parks nearby. Be aware that the neighborhood is filled with Africans and Middle easterners, I wasn't aware of this but I feel people should know.

I chose this hotel because I had very long flights and a long transit in Guangzhou, the only reason to choose the hotel was because it’s near to airport and one do not have enough time or energy to travel to downtown hotels. I landed at around 11/1130 pm and had to catch next flight and got to airport at 6 am, when at night I wanted to take shower, I realized there were no amenities, basic amenities that should be in a 5 star hotel, like shower cap, soap, cotton pads. And I saw a notice that “we are saving bla bla .. and request at reception” that annoyed me because I really was tired and didn’t want to go back find reception number , change clothes, wait for some one to bring a shower cap, which I actually did for 15 minutes. I mean really are you saving on this!?? If someone don’t use, they will lie in room, but please put these basic things. I was really irritated about this. Kudos to the Concierge team for helping me receive my parcels even before I checked in. Hotel reception staff were also friendly and helpful. Only problem with this hotel is that it is located at level 70 to 100 of the building, so we had to take multiple lifts to get to the hotelroom. But views at the hotel was absolutely breathtaking.

Hotel Landmark Canton, Guangzhou This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Haizhu Square Metro Station, with a spacious park right in front. It’s also close to the cruise port, 天字码头. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is fantastic, offering authentic dim sum and traditional Chinese dishes. At certain times, they even have a 50% discount promotion. The restaurant provides a great dining environment, making it a must-visit for guests. If you book a river-view room, make sure the hotel assigns a room with a proper view. My room did not have a full view of the river, which was disappointing. The hotel staff appeared idle and lacked effective communication. They did not proactively provide information upon check-in—not even basic details about the hotel breakfast, WiFi usage, the Chinese restaurant, city tours by bus, or nearby tourist attractions. These are all advantages that could attract more guests to stay at the hotel, but unfortunately, they were not well communicated.

As a Crowne plaza, it is a bit disappoint for me, first of all a hotel located in an old town in Guangzhou area not much local restaurant around hotel, you have to walk around 3 blocks to find some restaurants, otherwise you have to eat in the mall opposite the hotel which you can find a good hot pot on the fifth floor. Secondly, a hotel is a bit old compared to many 5 stared hotels in China nowadays, anyway it’s still well managed. Thirdly, the room is quite big but it’s still lack something in the room such as a table in the middle in the room or a couch, I can’t find somewhere to sit while I stay in the room with my partner instead of bed. Finally, I not sure does the hotel has suana or steam bath or not but they should have, by the way gym was great.

Service: we booked a river-view on executive floor, the check-in and check-out was done in the executive clue lounge. The staff there was helpful, polite and warm Room: Room is clean and spacious. Nice view facing the river, same applies to the bathtub Breakfast: fantastic, with lots of choices, and the service was very good
