Very nice and spacious hotel. Service is amazing and we have booked a huge room. Great place to be with your family. There are zoo animals within the hotel premises (tigers, birds, flamingos, etc.) and the hotel is surrounded by nature. It gives you a feeling that you are in the jungle. Breakfast was very good and there were many both Chinese and ”western” options. It had its own transportation to the Chimelong parks and the Circus was located right beside it. Tickets purchase could be done in the hotel and there is a Kids club for the children to play. The location is great for the Chimelong visitors, but it is a little bit far from the main city attractions. There are some restaurant options within the hotel but for more variety, a 15-25 minutes taxi ride would have to be taken.

Rooms are nice (but I was expecting at least a pool in the hotel for the price), Buffet was very bad. Staff was very helpful, they exchange some tickets that we wouldn’t use for the theme parks.

We love staying in this hotel. The hotel is very near to Chimelong Safari and Circus (you can walk in via a gate near to the hotel). There is also a night market 10mins drive from the hotel. Nearby there are also eateries and supermarkets. The hotel staff are very approachable. My shoe sole dropped off and they even help to find super glue for me! Also very clean. I also like the Robot Waiter. The only shortcoming is that the room is small and you would not have walking space if you have several 29inch luggage. Overall, was a good stay.

Breakfast is a buffet, just to the left of the lobby on the first floor, with a rich variety. The most important thing is that it is very close to the entrance of Chimelong Resort, just across the road. It takes about 1,000 steps to walk to the Panda Hotel and the Circus, which takes 15 minutes. I took my children to the circus and walked back. The next day, I went to the lobby of the Panda Hotel to play an animal head-changing game on the big screen. I got it for free🤭I personally think it’s very cost-effective!
