Our stay at Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian exceeded all expectations! The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the CBD and subway station, making travel extremely convenient. The front desk staff Cobe and Sakee were warm and efficient, and they upgraded our room. The room is spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a fantastic view. The bedding is highly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. A special mention goes to Rina for her outstanding service! The fitness center and heated swimming pool have new facilities that are well-maintained. Every detail reflects a five-star standard. The breakfast is also excellent! Whether for business trips or leisure vacations, this is an ideal choice in Shenzhen, and we will definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is located in the very heart of Shenzhen's business district Futian. There are a large number of restaurants nearby, as well as the city's exhibition hall where business fairs are held. Our room was on the 20th floor. The breakfast was good and catered to foreign guests.

Luxurious as expected. The lobby was decked in Christmas cheer and I'm impressed they even have a mini carousel in the lobby for young guests. Location is good, within 5 mins walking distance to Futian Railway Exit 10 (where you can catch a train to Hong Kong), 10 mins walking distance to Futian Exhibition Centre and a metro station on a few lines and surrounded by malls including LinkCity which has many food and shopping options. The room is spacious and clean, well-maintained but dated. Wide selection of amenities including pillow options and I love that I can requests for these through their mini prog in WeChat. Bed is a little soft for my liking. Service is tip tops from the concierge to front desk to housekeeping to Lobby Lounge. Certainly my choice of hotel when I next return to Shenzhen.

A pretty perfect stay! I am traveling a lot around the globe and stay in 5* hotels. There are plenty of high-end luxury hotels in the Futian area. I am happy that I chose the Ritz-Carlton. Not just that the location is ideal - from the moment I entered the property until I left I felt a true warm hospitality. Especially Miya (reception) went above and beyond to make the stay memorable - always with a warm smile, very responsive and kind - it almost felt like having a personal assistant. Also helpful was, that her English is very good. Having a big outdoor pool is fantastic to have after a busy day, and for me it was also a perfect start into the day, after having a gorgeous breakfast (good choice also for Europeans). I appreciate the barista-coffee. The room might not be the newest (Scandinavian-like) design. However, it was in an immaculate state, perfectly clean, spacious, with plenty of well-positioned international plugs (no adapter needed) and very comfortable. And most important to me: with a very quiet A/C. So all in all: I truly can recommend this hotel, and when coming back to Shenzhen I for sure will stay here again.

The Four Seasons Shenzhen is truly one of the best hotels in the city. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. Rachel, who assisted us during check-in, was exceptionally kind and helpful. Upon learning that we were in Shenzhen to celebrate our anniversary, she kindly upgraded our room and arranged a beautiful surprise with rose decorations and a cake. Thank you to the Four Seasons team for making our anniversary so special and memorable. The hotel is conveniently located near subway stations and Coco Park, making it very easy to get around. We initially planned to stay for three nights, but due to the hotel’s excellent location, comfort, and outstanding service, we decided to extend our stay by an additional two nights. The Four Seasons is now our top choice in Shenzhen, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit. The only disappointment during our stay was the limited minibar selection, and the fact that soft drinks were charged. This did not quite meet our expectations for a five-star hotel.

We enjoyed our trip staying at Shangri-La shenzhen hotel. Hotel abit old but well maintained. Room clean but service could be able to improve. We saw they allowing some guests to take food out from club lounge but they disallowed when my sister requested as i didn't manage to reach back on time to have dinner with her. So we when out quite late to have our dinner after I reach hotel.

My family had an outstanding stay at the hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff was consistently nice and professional. A special shoutout to Steven, the guest relations specialist, whose assistance made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The room was exceptionally comfortable, featuring a top-quality mattress that ensured a restful night’s sleep. We also loved the bathroom view—it added a lovely touch to our stay. The food in breakfast buffer was decent and we enjoyed a lot. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Excellent location, nice big rooms, great breakfast… but what made this hotel stand out was the service. It was my dad’s birthday and they arranged for a cake to be ready for him when he returned in the evening… what a lovely surprise! After checking out, I left my luggage for safe keeping, but I lost the ticket when I went back for pick up. A big shout out to Zoey and Richard at Hilton for helping me out and I was able to reclaim my luggage really quickly and without stress! The only negative I have to say was that I purchased the afternoon tea and happy hour package, but the afternoon tea was just some ham sandwiches, fruits, cakes and drinks on a “help yourself” system. Not quite the 5-star quality I expected. I will definitely come back but will only go for the breakfast option as that was really nice.

Very convenient to Dongmen Pedestrian Street, and close to lots of great local food, massage places, and the metro station. Easy for Didi to pick you up and a good price for a wonderful stay. The cleaners were very nice and helpful. The night-shift reception team were an awesome bunch of guys, and the day staff were okay — the lady could be a bit warmer, but I’m guessing it might just be a language barrier. Grand Hyatt Shenzhen — Birthday Weekend Splurge We splurged on a Grand Suite for my husband’s birthday and it did not disappoint. The suite was spacious and elegant, with access to a quiet club lounge that felt like a hidden retreat. Breakfast was a feast — from authentic Chinese dishes to hearty Western classics, the spread was impressive. The swimming pool is on the smaller side, but spotless; we went in the morning and had it almost to ourselves, just our family and one other guest. Castle hotel is a beautiful and well maintained environment. The facilities are perfect for families, with a play room, heated swimming pool, and outdoor playground. There is also a ”sand pit” for children, but it looks like an old unused sand trap from the golf course. Nevertheless, my son enjoyed digging in it. The room was a double floor with a mezzanine balcony inside and an outdoor balcony overlooking the scenic golf court. We booked a family room for children and were assigned the ”Spiderman” room, which wasn't my favorite decor, but my son enjoyed it. Some of the room facilities such as stickers and decor needed refreshing and was old and worn (i.e. spiderman wall stickers with tears, remote for downstairs t.v. didn't work great, rubber padding around t.v. was in need of refreshing, behind the screen in the upstairs hadn't been dusted in a long time). However, the majority of the room was attractive and comfortable. The rest of the hotel was elegant and felt upscale. There were some vegetarian choices in the ”a la carte” menu of the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. We were unable to order room service from the phone app in English so we needed to order at the front desk. The staff were incredibly helpful, some spoke English, and everyone was courteous and helped us to have a great time. The executive lounge was open from 2:00 or 3:00 onwards and offered nice snacks. My son loved visiting there in the afternoons and loading up on snacks. Overall, a great experience and we will be back.

Typical Hyatt standard. The front desk was great and gave us a free upgrade. The mountain and river views are uniquely beautiful, even on a cloudy day. What's particularly good is that the hotel lobby connects directly to a mall, so you can eat, drink, and have fun without stepping outside in the rain. However, aside from that, there was no butler service, turn-down service, or welcome fruit. The TV couldn't cast to, and among the five-star hotels I've stayed in, the service was quite average. Coupled with the inflated price during the Qingming holiday, the value for money was really just okay.

The hotel's location is great, though the entrance isn't very obvious – it's actually right across from Huaqiangbei Road. You'll see a lot of international guests coming and going, many of whom are clearly young people visiting from abroad for business or travel. The geographical location is excellent, less than a few hundred meters from Huaqiang Station. There are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby, making it convenient for exploring various parts of Shenzhen. It can't compare to a grand hotel, but it's clean, which is a major plus. Try to avoid lower floors, as you'll experience vibrations from the subway passing by, basically from day to night. I was assigned an end room on the second floor, and the subway vibrations were constant throughout my stay, which definitely affected my sleep.

I stayed for five days and four nights consecutively. The hotel service was quite good, although when I first checked in, there was a strong smell of smoke. It was probably from the previous guest smoking on the balcony. After two more days, the smoke smell dissipated significantly. My wife and I had a wonderful time at White House! The hotel met all my requests with having a floor above ground, and gave us suggestions on where see local attractions like where eat best seafood and get a massage. The hotel staff, Billy was very helpful and efficient. He responded to our requests within a few minutes. We asked for towels, water, lighter, bluetooth speaker, etc... he sent us notifications throughout the day about hotel arrangements and arranged breakfast for us. His service was very good! 👍 The hotel room had a spectacular view of the beach and sea! We loved it! We could hear the relaxing sound of the waves. Our tub was out in the balcony and open air, so it felt very nice in the outdoors, and at same time not under the sun. I don’t usually write long reviews, but the St. Regis Shenzhen really impressed me. Let’s start with the service – because wow. From the moment I walked in, the reception girls were absolutely perfect. Warm, professional, and so attentive without being overbearing. They remembered little details, made check-in seamless, and genuinely seemed to care about making my stay special. Honestly, they set the tone for the whole trip. The room? Incredible. Spacious, elegant, super comfortable bed, and every little amenity you could think of. But the real showstopper was the view – floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Shenzhen skyline. I must have just stood there for ten minutes taking it all in. Breakfast was delicious too – great mix of Western and local options, everything fresh, and the service at breakfast was just as polished as the front desk. If you’re looking for a hotel that nails the luxury basics and goes the extra mile with genuine, thoughtful service, this is it. I’ll definitely be back.

The hotel itself is very nice. Location wise, it's definitely not so easy to access as it's at the rural side of the city, which is understandable. Unfortunately we went on a Sunday afternoon, from Lohu port by taxi it took us almost 2 hours to get there. Heavy traffic the way go yet going back it was only 40-45mins. Since we were traveling with our 1 year old twins, the prolonged car ride was not ideal, yet the facilities did compensate. We booked the B-duck themed room which the babies enjoyed. Our booking included with a photoshooting service, I messaged to hotel to book upon booking confirmation but the hotel indicated me to contact frontdesk while check in. Since arriving late, the photoshooting slot was full, we couldn't do any. It was a pity. On the other hand, we brought the wrong charging cable for the phone, trying to borrow one charger from the hotel at 9:30pm, the hotel staff replied that all chargers have been taken... nothing left, advised us to get a external charger rented from their machines................ yet, it won't allow me to pay (China online payment sometimes work differently)..... anyway, it was a bit disappointing living in Marriott not being able to borrow a charging cable.... We paid for the dinner buffet, we went at 7:45 but there were obviously lack of staff.. we walked in to just get our own seats, had to go everywhere to look for a staff to get baby high chairs and their cutleries.. well it wasn't a big issue and we liked the hotel, but I wish it could have been better. Let's see if there is another time we can come again to see how it goes next.
