Room was big, breakfast delicious and the lounge room comfy. Staff was friendly, greeting with a smile every day. The hotel is in front of metro station, so you won’t lose time commuting. Hotel is located near shops and grocery stores. There’s also a pharmacy which was useful to buy medicines in my stay.

Our stay at Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian exceeded all expectations! The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the CBD and subway station, making travel extremely convenient. The front desk staff Cobe and Sakee were warm and efficient, and they upgraded our room. The room is spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a fantastic view. The bedding is highly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. A special mention goes to Rina for her outstanding service! The fitness center and heated swimming pool have new facilities that are well-maintained. Every detail reflects a five-star standard. The breakfast is also excellent! Whether for business trips or leisure vacations, this is an ideal choice in Shenzhen, and we will definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is located in the very heart of Shenzhen's business district Futian. There are a large number of restaurants nearby, as well as the city's exhibition hall where business fairs are held. Our room was on the 20th floor. The breakfast was good and catered to foreign guests.

Luxurious as expected. The lobby was decked in Christmas cheer and I'm impressed they even have a mini carousel in the lobby for young guests. Location is good, within 5 mins walking distance to Futian Railway Exit 10 (where you can catch a train to Hong Kong), 10 mins walking distance to Futian Exhibition Centre and a metro station on a few lines and surrounded by malls including LinkCity which has many food and shopping options. The room is spacious and clean, well-maintained but dated. Wide selection of amenities including pillow options and I love that I can requests for these through their mini prog in WeChat. Bed is a little soft for my liking. Service is tip tops from the concierge to front desk to housekeeping to Lobby Lounge. Certainly my choice of hotel when I next return to Shenzhen.

A pretty perfect stay! I am traveling a lot around the globe and stay in 5* hotels. There are plenty of high-end luxury hotels in the Futian area. I am happy that I chose the Ritz-Carlton. Not just that the location is ideal - from the moment I entered the property until I left I felt a true warm hospitality. Especially Miya (reception) went above and beyond to make the stay memorable - always with a warm smile, very responsive and kind - it almost felt like having a personal assistant. Also helpful was, that her English is very good. Having a big outdoor pool is fantastic to have after a busy day, and for me it was also a perfect start into the day, after having a gorgeous breakfast (good choice also for Europeans). I appreciate the barista-coffee. The room might not be the newest (Scandinavian-like) design. However, it was in an immaculate state, perfectly clean, spacious, with plenty of well-positioned international plugs (no adapter needed) and very comfortable. And most important to me: with a very quiet A/C. So all in all: I truly can recommend this hotel, and when coming back to Shenzhen I for sure will stay here again.

The Metropark Hotel has an excellent location, right above a subway station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. I always choose this hotel whenever I visit Shenzhen. Service: I absolutely have to highlight this! If you're big on hotel service, you can't go wrong with this place. We arrived quite early after flying from Nanjing to Shenzhen, and there was a huge temperature difference. The staff were incredibly patient, helped us with our room, and even proactively asked if we needed a place to change clothes. Ms. Nancy was so gentle and patient during check-in, and her handwritten welcome card really touched me. The local tourist map she provided was also super useful. Plus, the duty manager at the front desk that day was very helpful, sharing insights about the nearby commercial areas – truly excellent! Ambiance: The hotel's location is fantastic, right opposite the Futian Exhibition Center. You don't have to worry about food, drinks, or entertainment, as everything is easily accessible. Getting around is convenient, and there's even a border crossing nearby for trips to Hong Kong. Facilities: Four Seasons is a relatively well-established hotel in Shenzhen. After staying at one in Hong Kong, I was curious to experience their mainland China offering. It has everything you'd expect, and it all works perfectly. I was very satisfied. Especially noteworthy is the bathroom floor – it's anti-slip but not abrasive, so no need for a bath mat, and the drainage is incredibly fast. It's the best experience and most functional bathroom I've encountered in a hotel so far (my focus points might be a bit odd, I know!). My two stays at Four Seasons have truly won me over. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! This trip to Shenzhen was delightful and comfortable.

Hotel location is perfect, walking distance from Luohu shenzhen train station. 30m room size is just the right size. Even though the room is not remodeled but everything is still in good quality and good condition. The bed is comfortable with down pillows and down blanket, which can make you sleep better for sure. Hotel breakfast is grand and abundant with everything you can imagine. Front desk staff Bill Chen is very helpful and patient in answering questions. Hotel lobby is grand with beautiful flowers setting in the middle of the hall. Lobby bar is also very nice. Overall good experience and will come again.

From check-in to check-out, Reina was efficient and attentive throughout. She made the check-in process quick, proactively explained hotel benefits, and even helped me with a room upgrade. The room itself was luxuriously decorated, with comfortable bedding and high-end bathroom amenities, plus a well-stocked minibar. Reina was always quick to respond, helping me resolve various issues with professional yet warm service. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, and a full range of dining and leisure facilities. The overall experience was impeccable, and Reina deserves special commendation. This deserves a full five-star review! My stay here far exceeded expectations; it was comfortable and full of pleasant surprises from start to finish ✨. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful. The staff proactively offered a complimentary room upgrade, paying attention to every little detail, which immediately made a great impression! The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the afternoon tea was exquisite and relaxing. The pool was clean and comfortable, giving a real holiday vibe. The best part was being able to take the hotel shuttle directly to the Intercontinental's exclusive beach. It was so convenient and hassle-free, allowing us to enjoy a quiet, private ocean view – truly delightful~ Overall, the value for money is outstanding. The service, dining, and amenities are all top-notch. If you're looking for a holiday in Dameisha, Shenzhen, this is definitely the place to choose. The butler service was excellent, making us feel comfortable and welcome. They contacted us beforehand to ask about our check-in needs. The room was decent, though the wooden decor looked a bit dated. They also checked in with us after we settled to see how our stay was going. Thumbs up to the butler! It's also very close to Futian Port, so it's easy to get to Hong Kong.

The hotel was very nice. A couple days before we arrived, I contacted the hotel and requested a couple of changes from my earlier reservation. When we got there, I found everything was ready as exactly as we asked for. The room was quite large and sparkly clean with all the amenities we needed. The bed was also extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was absolutely high quality and superb, and chefs seem to be very proud of their talents and the dishes they prepared on the spot far exceeded what we’d expected as we experienced in the other hotels we stayed earlier on our trip. All in all, we were very impressed by the service standard of the hotel in all sections. A special thanks to the concierge staff, especially the two I later learned whose names were Jian Wang and Anita. They were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us preparing paper copies of our traveling documents that might be required by immigration for my next leg. They truly represented well-trained younger generations of the hotel staff displaying the service excellence advocated in the Langham commercials. Langham Hotel will certainly be my first choice when I visit Shenzhen in future, and I would not hesitate to recommend this to my friends and colleagues who want to exprience what is truly a five-star hotel service.

Castle hotel is a beautiful and well maintained environment. The facilities are perfect for families, with a play room, heated swimming pool, and outdoor playground. There is also a ”sand pit” for children, but it looks like an old unused sand trap from the golf course. Nevertheless, my son enjoyed digging in it. The room was a double floor with a mezzanine balcony inside and an outdoor balcony overlooking the scenic golf court. We booked a family room for children and were assigned the ”Spiderman” room, which wasn't my favorite decor, but my son enjoyed it. Some of the room facilities such as stickers and decor needed refreshing and was old and worn (i.e. spiderman wall stickers with tears, remote for downstairs t.v. didn't work great, rubber padding around t.v. was in need of refreshing, behind the screen in the upstairs hadn't been dusted in a long time). However, the majority of the room was attractive and comfortable. The rest of the hotel was elegant and felt upscale. There were some vegetarian choices in the ”a la carte” menu of the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. We were unable to order room service from the phone app in English so we needed to order at the front desk. The staff were incredibly helpful, some spoke English, and everyone was courteous and helped us to have a great time. The executive lounge was open from 2:00 or 3:00 onwards and offered nice snacks. My son loved visiting there in the afternoons and loading up on snacks. Overall, a great experience and we will be back.

The hygiene was pretty good; the sheets and duvet were clean, with no strange objects or smells. The service was also quite good; the front desk staff had a great attitude, and the food delivery robot brought my takeout right to the door promptly. Each bed had two latex pillows and two regular pillows, which was a very thoughtful and detailed touch. However, there was no razor in my room, even though it was listed on the amenities sheet. This isn't very friendly for male guests. I'd suggest providing bathrobes in different sizes (one larger, one smaller) instead of all being the same size. Also, some other advertised services were not provided. Finally, the soundproofing of the door is almost nonexistent. I could hear the noisy corridor very clearly. I came back late after going out and wanted to sleep in the next morning, but I was woken up by a loud bang from a door across the hall early in the morning.

The room was spacious with a great view. It's quite convenient, only a 10-minute taxi ride to Dameisha. The staff were all very welcoming and someone helped with our luggage. There's a shopping mall right next to the hotel, making dining incredibly convenient. The self-service breakfast restaurant also boasts a fantastic view. It would have been even better if the room provided plastic slippers, as the fabric disposable ones were uncomfortable to wear. Also, the quality of the noodle soup broth could use improvement. I stayed for three nights, and the broth for the first two mornings was supposedly seafood soup, but I didn't see a single shrimp, and the rice noodles were basically flavorless. The first photo was taken from the hotel room. The second photo was taken at the hotel restaurant. The third photo is of Dameisha Outpost.

The MIXC Shenzhen and KK100 Shenzhen|5.01km from city centre
This is an old hotel, and while the facilities are reasonably well-maintained, the sofa cushions were disgustingly dirty – covered in stains that looked like maps. Waiting over 20 minutes for breakfast was annoying enough, but what really frustrated me was being told both at check-in and again by the front desk via phone the next morning that breakfast was until 11 AM, only for the restaurant to say 10:30 AM. This is a very basic operational error. Since we eat slowly, everything was already cleared away when we wanted more food, so neither the adults nor the children ate enough. The 'butler service' was completely non-existent throughout our stay. At other hotels, the butler always contacts me in advance to add them on WeChat, but I didn't see a trace of one here. I even had to call to ask for the welcome fruit before it was delivered. To be fair, some staff members provided excellent service. I left something behind when I checked out, and after I contacted them, they very responsibly searched for it twice and helped me find it.

Lotus Hill/Plum Forest Shenzhen|1.95km from city centre
The hotel's location is pretty good, right next to Shum Yip Upperhills, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel has been open for a few years, and you can tell the furniture is a bit old, but overall, it's very tidy and still perfectly functional. Before check-in, the hotel called to ask about my room preferences and even inquired in advance which essential oil I'd like (sweet orange and lavender were options). This time, I stayed in two room types (Type A and Type C). The Type C room was noticeably much larger and had a small living area. The Type A room was indeed a bit small, and so was the bed. Although it was a bit small, it had everything you need, including a sofa and all the essentials. The room also came with complimentary oolong tea and two small snack packets. What was most unique was finding a hair-drying cap in the bathroom, haha! That's quite rare in hotels in China~ When checking out, the front desk staff, Koukou, even gave us a tour of the lobby's design and took an instant photo for us, along with a complimentary room card as a souvenir!

InterContinental Shenzhen Dameisha Resort | Ocean Views + Professional Photography – A Heavenly Getaway ✨ Coming to Shenzhen for the sea, the InterContinental Dameisha Kingkey truly didn't disappoint! First-class ocean views, a private beach, and an infinity pool that's perfect for photos. The service was attentive and professional, making the entire experience fantastic. The room's balcony directly faces the ocean, allowing you to watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. You can take in the mountain and sea views without even leaving your room. The hotel's infinity pool seamlessly blends with the ocean, creating a very Instagrammable vibe. The spiral staircase and overwater walkway are natural photo spots, and every shot looks high-end and stunning. The biggest surprise was the professional photoshoot experience. The photographer was professional and patient, finding the best angles and guiding poses. They captured all the romance of the ocean, pool, and beach. The unedited photos looked amazing, so I didn't have to worry about finding angles myself. The private beach was clean and uncrowded, and the food was delicious. The staff were warm and thoughtful, making my stay comfortable from check-in to check-out. Whether it's a romantic getaway, a trip with friends, or a family vacation, this place is perfect. You can enjoy the ocean views and take beautiful photos, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Definitely my top choice for a seaside holiday in Shenzhen! Ocean views and professional photography all in one place. I'll definitely be back!

Shenzhen Coastal City, Shenzhen Bay Control Point Shenzhen|12.47km from city centre
This is a really upscale hotel. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring guests get a great night's sleep. The separate bathtub and shower make it feel very clean. The only slight downside was on the day of check-out. Someone rang our doorbell around 1 PM, asking if we were extending our stay. Since we had a 24-hour check-in/check-out policy, it wasn't yet time for us to leave, and it was during our planned rest period. Luckily, we weren't actually sleeping. I hope they can improve communication with the front desk regarding each room's check-out time in the future.

Shekou Area (Nanshan District) Shenzhen|16.17km from city centre
The apartment's location is fantastic, nestled on a hillside with beautiful greenery, and getting around is super convenient. It's only about a 10-minute walk to the subway station. This stay, I was upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment, which was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and a kitchen area. It's perfect for staying with friends or family. The staff were also very enthusiastic and helpful, especially Tina at the front desk. She was very professional, knew the area well, and recommended some great places to visit and restaurants.

I was very satisfied with this stay. The lobby was grand, and the front desk staff were efficient in checking me in, with a consistently friendly and smiling demeanor. The room was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. I called housekeeping because my towel was wet, and they were very polite, saying they would send someone right away. Soon after, a kind and smiling housekeeping attendant arrived. The bedding was comfortable, and even the lobby restrooms were immaculate. I even encountered a cleaning attendant in the lobby who主动打招呼问好 (proactively greeted me). The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, and I will definitely stay here again.
