Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center Shenzhen|0.78km from city centre
I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. Whenever I need to coordinate something during my stay, I reach out to my personal concierge, Joy. Whether it's pre-arrival inquiries about various details or adjustments needed after check-in, I can communicate directly with him. The entire communication process is very smooth, and his responses are always practical and realistic, not just empty promises. The room is impeccably clean and well-organized, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom amenities are complete. The room also has great natural light and good ventilation, making it very comfortable whether I'm working or relaxing. The hotel's location is excellent, with complete commercial facilities nearby. It's very convenient for dining and running errands, without spending much time commuting, and there are plenty of places to explore. The lobby, hallway corridors, and elevator areas are all regularly maintained, with clean floors even in the corners. All public facilities are well-preserved, with no obvious signs of age or damage, showing the care taken in their upkeep.

The location is extremely convenient. It's right at Exit A of the Convention & Exhibition Centre Station. There's an elevator directly to the hotel inside the 2-D Town shopping mall. The hotel is also right next to Huangting Plaza and Link Central City shopping mall, which is very convenient. Comfortable Accommodation The room space is quite large, so a family of three didn't feel cramped. Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are well-maintained. Delicious Food The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including Chinese, Western, and Japanese dishes, catering to different tastes. Well-Equipped Fitness Facilities The fitness center is outsourced, but it still provides service outside of office hours. Hotel staff can open the door for access, offering 24-hour fitness service.

Huanggang Port and Futian Port Shenzhen|3.55km from city centre
The Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen boasts an excellent location, ideal for frequent travelers between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Situated in the Futian Free Trade Zone, it's very close to the Futian and Huanggang Port immigration checkpoints, offering convenient access to Futian CBD and the Convention and Exhibition Center. Getting to Futian Station by taxi is also very easy. The guest rooms are spacious, and the Four Points' signature comfortable beds provide a great night's sleep. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete bathroom facilities and stable internet. Some room types even offer river views. The soundproofing is good, ensuring a peaceful rest. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service attitude was attentive. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, a good mix of Western and Chinese cuisine, including freshly made Cantonese dim sum like Chee Cheong Fun and Koay Teow. The food quality is consistently good, and the dining environment is comfortable. Hotel amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, a 24-hour gym, and ample parking space in the underground car park, including charging spots, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. As a Marriott five-star hotel, it offers good value for money overall. It's suitable for both business trips and travelers commuting between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. My stay was very satisfying, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

I chose this hotel because I was going to Hong Kong 🇭🇰, and it was so convenient! It's just a 100-meter walk to Futian Railway Station, and the subway is also easily accessible. My child really wanted to take the subway, so we went to Hong Kong. The two round trips were really unpleasant. This place is part of China, yet you have to put up with the attitudes of the people there; they look so impatient, as if we mainlanders owe them something. Without our mainland fish, how would your economy grow? I'll never go there again. Shenzhen is much better, with great food and a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel was good too 👍. Seeing Hong Kong people coming to Shenzhen to spend money, it makes you realize how much more affordable the mainland is. A bowl of noodles in Hong Kong costs over a hundred, and everything is expensive. I'll definitely come back to Shenzhen for food, drinks, and fun. Happy! There were no crowds at Disneyland during the summer vacation 🤗, and there will be fewer and fewer people in the future. Welcome to Shanghai Disneyland, where you don't have to deal with anyone's bad attitude; just let loose and have fun!

Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center Shenzhen|1.12km from city centre
Service: Special thanks to Bella and her team! The Ritz's service attitude was satisfying, but due to objective renovation issues, construction noise could be heard on every floor (starting at 8:30 AM, even on weekends). Bella was very considerate in trying to resolve the issue, and I'm very grateful. I believe this also perfectly embodies the Ritz's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Facilities: The current Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen is definitely not in its best state. Even in the newly renovated rooms (renovation completed six months ago), there was still a faint smell of renovation. Running an air purifier made it tolerable. The new rooms are indeed spacious and well-maintained, with very new facilities. Pool: It's very small and the water is extremely shallow. Many people just walk across the pool, and there's no staff to stop them. The 'fire cloud' evening view is beautiful, but I wouldn't recommend it for serious swimmers. If you're just looking for a photo op, it's fine. Cigar Bar: The staff were very patient, but the quality of the cigars varied, and the cocktails were just average. Overall, as a first-time guest at the Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen, I found their service to be the best among hotels in the Futian district. However, objectively speaking, the renovation definitely detracted a few points from their 100-point service. I look forward to a better experience on my next stay at the Ritz! 🥂

I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen for a temporary business trip, and the attention to detail in their service left a lasting impression. Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, Max, the manager who assisted me with my previous check-in, immediately recognized me and provided exceptional service. His incredible memory for guests truly showcases the high-caliber service at luxury hotels. The guest room had an open layout, offering a nearly perfect stay and rest experience. The sofa lounge area, workspace, and sleeping area were clearly separated, creating a smooth flow that's ideal for business travelers. The bathroom featured a bathtub and a smart toilet, and all facilities were well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay during my business trip. Breakfast was at the FOO restaurant, which boasts a timeless 'old money' design that has stood the test of time. My favorite part was the seating experience; there were numerous semi-private 'booth' style seats that offered great comfort and allowed for an undisturbed dining experience. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring everything from Kashi yogurt, a wide variety of bread options, freshly made wontons, to Chinese brewed flower teas. It's clear that the Four Seasons invests heavily in its dining offerings, making the early morning breakfast experience for a business trip truly satisfying.

Lo Wu Control Point, Lo Wu Railway Station Shenzhen|6.34km from city centre
The location is super convenient, but the facilities are quite old. Plus, with the construction of the large bridge/overpass, they work overtime late into the night, which can be noisy. Being close to the train station, when traffic jams, people honk their horns intentionally until very late, which is pretty loud. The pool, while not exceptional, is decent. However, an annual pass is a bit too expensive.

A truly satisfying stay! The JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen is indeed a top-tier hotel. The lobby exudes a light luxury and grand atmosphere, and the public areas are spotlessly clean. The staff at check-in were very professional and explained everything meticulously. The room layout was well-designed, the furnishings were exquisite, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained—even the corners were sparkling clean. The mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a sound sleep until morning. During my leisure time, strolling around the hotel was very pleasant, offering a tranquil and comfortable environment. The guest relations team proactively checked on our experience, and any issues were addressed promptly. The hotel restaurants offered a wide variety of dishes with fresh ingredients. Overall, the experience was comfortable and relaxing, making it perfectly suitable for both short stays and longer trips. I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling.

Took the kids to Dameisha for a relaxing summer break. The hotel shares a beach with the InterContinental, which is fantastic – at least it's not overly crowded. The free public beach next door was like a sardine can; you couldn't even move there. The hotel offers great value for money, and the staff's attitude is excellent. Especially Eva, who checked me in. A big shout-out to her! Communication was smooth throughout, and she was very helpful in arranging the room. Always smiling. My family was also very satisfied with the room. The breakfast buffet was also good, with everything you'd expect. 9 AM is peak hour, so either go early or go late. Just a small suggestion: the bathrobes in the room have shrunk from washing. I recommend getting some new ones. The old, worn-out ones should be replaced. Overall, it's a very good hotel. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Recommended

The MIXC Shenzhen and KK100 Shenzhen|5.51km from city centre
The room is quite spacious, and the bedding is excellent. The sheets and pillows are very comfortable, so I slept exceptionally well. Getting a good night's sleep in a hotel is very important, and this is high praise indeed. The hotel's decor is stylish, making you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. Breakfast deserves a special mention; the variety is rich, and the taste is unparalleled. The Cantonese breakfast was delicious, and the egg rolls and eggs Benedict were also very good. The only downside is that if you go late for breakfast, you might have to queue, but there are plenty of seats, so even if there's a line, it moves quickly. The coffee and tea at breakfast are also excellent. Freya, Winky, and Monuca at the front desk are very thoughtful. They genuinely care if you're enjoying your stay and promptly address any issues that arise during check-in. The front desk for check-in is on the 33rd floor with a great view. The executive lounge is a nice place to relax and unwind. Afternoon tea consists of two types of cake and some beverages. Dinner is relatively simple but has everything you need, including a noodle bar, which shows a good effort. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, and I would choose this hotel again if I return. However, there are three minor drawbacks I must mention: 1. One side of the hotel faces a large construction site, so the view isn't great. There's not much the hotel can do about this, as it's already well-maintained, but the surrounding environment does detract a bit. Perhaps future stays could compensate for this view deficit. 2. Light leaks from one side of the curtains, which can slightly affect sleep. 3. For such a high-end hotel, the complimentary water was Nongfu Spring with a red cap. While Nongfu Spring is good, I feel an upgrade to the water would be more fitting. Hygene: The cleaning was very detailed and thorough. The cleaning staff were all smiles and greeted me warmly, which put me in a good mood. Service: Whether it was the concierge on the first floor or the staff in the executive lounge/breakfast restaurant, everyone was incredibly friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

A Memorable Stay at The St. Regis Shenzhen During a short family break in Shenzhen, I was impressed by the signature Champagne Sabering Ceremony held every evening at 6:30pm. As I had not made a prior reservation, I thought I would miss the experience. But Kimi Chen noticed my disappointment, and together with Chief Floor Butler Alice Chen, somehow managed to arrange for me to experience it on my second evening. It was a thoughtful gesture and a beautiful memory that will stay with me for a long time. My appreciation also goes to the entire St. Regis Shenzhen team. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, while breakfast offered an impressive selection of both Western and Asian cuisine. Sometimes it is not only the luxury of a hotel that we remember, but the people who make us feel genuinely cared for. Thank you, Kimi, Alice and the team for making our family stay so memorable.

Longgang Center Shenzhen|26.6km from city centre
The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the golf course, and the large bathtub on the balcony was great for a soak in the evening. However, I didn't dare use it during the day due to a lack of privacy. Golf hotels generally tend to be less crowded, quiet, and safe, guaranteeing good room and dining quality. On the downside, the complimentary snacks in the minibar seemed unhealthy. Also, the 100 RMB dining voucher required a minimum spend of 200 RMB, which wasn't ideal; it would have been better not to offer it at all. Perhaps because the air conditioning in the room and throughout the hotel was set quite high, there was a damp smell when I first entered the room, and the air purifier wasn't working. In the morning, since the room was above the restaurant, I could actually smell faint cooking odors on the balcony, instead of the natural scent of the grass, which was a bit disappointing. Sometimes, the noise from the lawnmowers was quite loud. The hotel lobby bar had some real books for quiet reading, which was a nice touch. Across from the hotel is Zhangbei Park, which is worth a visit. The hotel is also very close to the Oncology Hospital, Dayun Metro Station, and Sam's Club.

The room facilities are complete and it's very clean, a non-smoking room with no strange odors. You can see Window of the World from the window. The king-size bed is a bit soft, but the children's bed is just right. The breakfast buffet is quite rich and the taste is decent. Yitian Plaza is downstairs, there's a food street nearby, and a metro station not far away, making transportation convenient. However, the underground parking lot is on B3 of Yitian Plaza and is quite old. On rainy days, there's a bit of an odor... I hope it can be upgraded and renovated in the future.

Overseas Chinese Town Shenzhen|7.6km from city centre
I used AI to summarize my overall stay, and here's my experience: This stay was a disappointment because the hotel pool, which I specifically wanted to experience, was completely unusable for various reasons. It rained continuously for all three days of our stay due to bad weather, and on one day, an orange rainstorm warning was even issued. On top of that, my daughter inexplicably developed a fever on the first night. Although the hotel was very thoughtful and arranged a late check-out on the last day, my daughter hadn't fully recovered. Even when the rain stopped, the sky remained gloomy, and I didn't dare let her swim, which made this trip quite unpleasant. If I couldn't use the hotel pool, I definitely wouldn't have chosen this hotel to celebrate a birthday. The hotel is located right next to Exit C of Overseas Chinese Town Metro Station, with only a short open-air section. However, if you're pushing a stroller, you need to be extra careful as there are a few steps along the way where you'll have to lift it. To get to the nearest Yitian Holiday Plaza, you need to take one stop to Window of the World, which is a bit inconvenient. What I liked: Simple birthday decorations were provided. Room Quality and Design: The room was spacious and comfortable with a bathtub, and the lighting was easy to adjust. I particularly liked the reading/night light design next to the bed, which was very practical. (It would be even better if disposable bath liners/bags were provided, like in other hotels.) Excellent Service Attitude: The front desk team provided excellent service, they were friendly and always smiling. I especially want to praise the male staff member in charge of the carousel; he performed magic tricks and managed the facility, all with a very kind service attitude! Recreational Facilities: The outdoor playground and carousel facilities at the hotel were excellent, and my children had a wonderful time! Areas for Improvement: Room Amenities and Facilities: After the room was cleaned, the tea bags were not replenished. For a hotel of your caliber, the attention to detail in amenities is clearly lacking. Additionally, only instant coffee was provided in the room, with no coffee machine or milk, which is slightly inferior compared to other hotels in the same chain (such as Marriott or The OCT Harbour, Shenzhen – Blue Lagoon). Fruit Quality Control: One of the apples in the welcome fruit platter in the room was rotten to the core when cut open. I hope the hotel can strengthen quality checks before delivering items to rooms to ensure fresh produce is provided! Insufficient Bed Space: The double bed was relatively narrow, making it quite cramped for one adult and a 10-year-old child to sleep together, severely affecting sleep quality. Overly Thick Mattress: The mattress thickness was a bit exaggerated, making the bed surface too high and very inconvenient for getting in and out of bed. Facility Safety and Hygiene: In the small indoor building block playroom next to the outdoor playground, the blocks were slightly worn. I even found instances where the outer layer of some blocks had peeled off, exposing sharp wooden edges, which is very dangerous. Please make sure to strengthen cleaning and maintenance and immediately replace damaged facilities.

Room: Excellent! 👍 The room was spacious and bright, and the high-floor view was fantastic. It was so relaxing to sit inside and watch the sea. The twin beds were easy to push together, making it very family-friendly for those with kids. Location: Unbeatable! ❤️ Our main goal this Dragon Boat Festival was to explore the Yantian coastline. The hotel is super close to the subway, making Dameisha, Xiaomeisha, and Xichong all easily accessible by metro. It was also convenient to walk to Yating Bay to catch the Haishan Line to Enshang Wetland Park. We had a very fulfilling three-day holiday. Facilities: The hotel isn't specifically geared towards families, so we only tried the pool, which was good. However, with One City Mall right downstairs, you have everything you need, which is incredibly convenient. Breakfast: Very satisfied! 😘 Everything was great, except for a bit of a wait during peak hours. They had freshly made wontons and waffles, as well as fresh squeezed juice. It's amazing to be by the beach and to wake up and see this. But it's worth noting this is a homestay and not a hotel so sometimes the standards expected of a hotel may not be there. My personal view is that small minor inconveniences are ok and this homestay in particular is rather responsive in service (ask to clean the floor as there is sand, and to refill the soap) - just that I came from Holiday Inn earlier and I can see some differences. They have a Chinese video platform provided via a projector so you can view quite a lot of Chinese programmes. The location is the best and they have a cafe/restaurant associated with another homestay that serves pricey but nice food with good ambience, called Banyan Haven, so check it out.

Huge thanks to all the staff at Kaisa Group Marriott for their genuine, meticulous, and thoughtful arrangements! Aria Pan was incredibly helpful during check-in.😇 During our two-day summer family trip, both my 3-year-old and 13-year-old kids enjoyed a packed schedule of activities and kept exclaiming that they wanted to come back! At check-in, the front desk provided a summer activity guide, and we basically checked off every activity and were very satisfied. The hotel is huge with lots of activities, and different areas have play zones with corresponding rest areas, making the kids happy and the adults comfortable. The staff were very enthusiastic in providing directions, which I greatly appreciate. They take 'water safety first' very seriously. There are staff members present at both the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the beach, to provide guidance. For instance, staff at the beach would prevent people from getting too close to the water outside of operating hours. The children's amenities and birthday decorations I requested in advance were all pleasantly arranged, adding a wonderful memory to our trip. Thanks again to Kaisa Group Marriott Hotel. Wishing all the staff joy, good health, and a pleasant work life!

🌟 Highly recommended! The package deal we got was already great value for money, and they even upgraded us to a bunk bed family suite when we checked in. The kids were so excited and loved it, even saying they wanted to buy the bed for home! The 10/10 rating is definitely because of the suite upgrade. It was late August, the end of summer break, so we thought there would be fewer people, but even on a weekday, the crowds were significant. However, the hotel handled it well, organizing a waiting area for check-in and maintaining good order. A small tip: the child benefits included in the package have a height restriction. Our child exceeded it, so we had to pay separately, meaning we couldn't use the two children's benefits. The suite having two bathrooms was very convenient, and all the designs were practical and easy to use. The room had absolutely no 'beach hotel smell' or feeling of uncleanliness. It came with complimentary fruit and a balcony. Having just come from the 'spaceship hotel' the day before, the contrast and improvement here were very noticeable. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and convenient. It's perfect for a family vacation, and we'll definitely be back again.

Great location, right next to Houhai subway station and Poly Theatre, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and sightseeing options nearby. The service is excellent; every staff member is friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions. They upgraded my room, which had a lovely city view, and I could even see the mountains and sea in the distance in the morning. The room facilities were complete and clean. The only minor issue was that the kettle was inconveniently tucked away in the cupboard. Also, it was crowded on the weekend, so I couldn't check in immediately upon arrival and had to store my luggage as I was in a hurry to go out. I only managed to check in around 7 or 8 PM. On Monday, I could only get a late check-out until 2 PM, not a full 24-hour stay from check-in, so I had to check out early and wait at the train station. However, overall, I recommend it. The location and the staff's service attitude are truly commendable.

My stay at the Shenzhen Fu Lin Hotel was excellent. The hotel boasts a prime location right next to Luohu Port and Shenzhen Railway Station, making cross-border travel and train journeys incredibly convenient. With a well-developed transportation network nearby, it's a hassle-free choice for both commuting and sightseeing. The hotel itself is grand and impressive, exuding the classic charm of an established star-rated hotel. The lobby is spacious and bright, and all public areas are clean and tidy. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, handling check-in and check-out procedures quickly and smoothly. They were also patient and thorough in answering any questions, providing thoughtful and attentive service. I stayed in a Superior King Room, which was spacious and impeccably clean, with excellent attention to detail in hygiene. The room had great natural light, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. All in-room amenities were complete and well-maintained; the bathroom had consistent water pressure, and the Wi-Fi was fast. Standing by the window, I enjoyed a pleasant city view. The hotel also offers dining and leisure areas, making daily life convenient during my stay. For a hotel located so close to the border, the value for money in this area is outstanding. It saves a lot of time and effort for travel, making it perfect for both business trips and commutes to and from Hong Kong. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Luohu next time. Highly recommended.

This is an old hotel that's been around for decades, and you can tell that the furniture used back in the day was top-notch. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and well-equipped with various facilities. However, with time, it's a bit outdated now; the lack of smart toilets is a noticeable drawback. But on the bright side, the spacious rooms, elegant decor, and comprehensive facilities, along with meticulous cleaning, really allow us to sleep soundly and comfortably without a worry. I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out for the hotel's service and food! 👍 **Service:** It was Dragon Boat Festival, which coincided with my mother's birthday and Father's Day, so I came back to Shenzhen to celebrate with my parents. Since the booking was quite last-minute, I messaged the hotel, just hoping, to ask if they could arrange a birthday setup. The hotel staff readily agreed and did an amazing job with the birthday decorations! Upon arrival, we were informed that both rooms had been complimentary upgraded to high-floor deluxe rooms, and the birthday decorations inside the rooms were perfect! I'm incredibly satisfied! 😊 **Food:** Breakfast is served at the all-day dining restaurant, the Beer Bar on the 3rd floor. IHG members can move to the Prego Italian restaurant for a quieter atmosphere. The continental buffet breakfast offers a rich variety and excellent quality, including a noodle station and made-to-order omelets. The omelets and black truffle scrambled eggs were particularly amazing! For lunch, we used a dining voucher at the Fu Lin Men restaurant on the 2nd floor. Note that the voucher can only be used for à la carte stir-fries; it's not applicable for tea or dim sum, and cannot be combined with member discounts or group purchases. The dim sum at Fu Lin Men is excellent; the shrimp dumplings are smooth and tender, the tripe is crisp, and the stir-fries are consistently good. After using the voucher, the total cost for three people was 210 yuan, which was a very satisfying meal overall! 😋 Great value for money! I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Luohu!
