I specifically chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! I noted it was my birthday in advance, and the staff thoughtfully decorated the room, preparing a lovely birthday cake and fresh, plump welcome fruits – it felt so special. The room offered a fantastic view; drawing back the curtains in the evening, we were treated to a dazzling cityscape, which really set a wonderful mood. During our stay, any request we had was handled incredibly quickly, efficiently, and with great care. The room was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in, and we felt well looked after throughout. This birthday stay left us with truly wonderful memories. I honestly recommend this hotel and will choose it again for future trips. The hotel's location is convenient, and my family of four had a great stay, especially the breakfast restaurant on the first floor. There's a wide variety of food options, plenty of ice cream, and the Crown noodles were particularly good. The service was excellent too!

This hotel has an old money, old-school business vibe. The facilities are a bit dated but still very clean. I stayed in a king room, and the bed was quite comfortable; I fell asleep quickly and soundly, even sleeping until 8 AM, which was unexpected. The breakfast offered a good variety of both Chinese and Western options and was quite plentiful, with plenty to choose from. The location is also very convenient. I happened to be there during a thunderstorm, and I was able to get from the Ritz-Carlton direction through a connecting corridor and subway passage, avoiding the rain. The hotel service was excellent.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to Lok Ma Chau Station and within walking distance of the Futian entry port to Shenzhen. The facilities are adequate and the overall atmosphere is quite classy. However, some parts of the hotel feel a little outdated, and refurbishment would improve the guest experience. Overall, it was a practical and comfortable stay, especially for cross-border travel, but the property would benefit from some modernization.

As a Shenzhen local, choosing to stay at the nearby Four Seasons Hotel for a special occasion was a very wise and satisfying decision. The hotel is located in the heart of Futian CBD, offering iconic views and a panoramic vista of Shenzhen's vibrant and dazzling nightscape from its prime location. The guest room was spacious, bright, elegant, and comfortable, with a well-designed layout and comprehensive high-end facilities. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided expansive views of the beautiful city. The open-plan walk-in closet was excellent. The bathroom was massive, and having two faucets at the vanity is standard for a five-star hotel. The hotel service was exceptional. A special shout-out and thanks to Rica Dong from the Executive Lounge. She proactively called us beforehand to inquire about our arrival time, any room preferences, and advised us that we could check in directly on the 29th floor to avoid waiting. This kind of pre-arrival service was incredibly thoughtful. We've recently stayed at the St. Regis in Luohu, the Four Seasons in Futian, and the Hilton in Nanshan for a few days to celebrate special occasions, and while all are five-diamond hotels, only the Four Seasons made this proactive service call. This detail left a wonderful and deep first impression. Upon check-in, we received small desserts and welcome fruits, along with a handwritten English welcome card from Rica Dong – full of delightful surprises and warmth. The hotel is listed among Guangdong's top culinary hotels, featuring several restaurants offering a diverse gastronomic experience. The Executive Lounge on the 29th floor offers afternoon tea with a three-tier stand, cocktail happy hour, and an Asian and Western-style buffet. From 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, guests can enjoy a self-service selection of beverages, daily snacks, and fruits. The Executive Lounge staff are youthful, bright, and highly professional. Their service is enthusiastic, proactive, diligent, and very pleasant. Special praise and thanks go to Carrie Chen. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and dedicated, with meticulous and thorough turndown service. Housekeeper Liu Yukun proactively brought glasses cleaning cloths, provided two extra bottles of water with a handwritten note, and even placed a small mat under my cosmetic bag on the vanity – these small details were so thoughtful and touching! Thank you! Comparison highlights the difference. The Four Seasons Hotel's service is incredibly meticulous, thoughtful, and unforgettable. It truly deserves high praise and is a worthy choice! The stay experience exceeded our expectations. A sincere five-star review. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen!

My husband and I stayed at the Metropark Hotel Shenzhen again, and this time we went to enjoy the hotel's excellent service! It certainly didn't disappoint. From the moment we arrived, a staff member (perhaps security) opened our car door and immediately helped with our luggage. The handsome guys and pretty ladies at the front desk had us checked in and verified in just five minutes. When we entered our room, the air conditioning was already on, so we both immediately flopped onto the bed; it was so comfortable and relaxing after a long day. Honestly, there's not much more to say, you just have to experience it for yourselves! If you're coming to Luohu, choose Metropark Hotel Shenzhen. OKOK!

The staff were friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze. Lovely atmosphere in the lobby, room was huge and spotless clean with an amazing view. The 360 bar is well worth a visit, it's got a spectacular view and they make great cocktails. Lovely pool and gym too, it's an amazing retreat in Louhu and it's so close to the border, which makes it such a worthwhile place to visit. Also, there were 5 different types of teabags to choose from in the room, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast buffet really surprised me with bacon, sausages and egges, which was amazing, but there's also Chinese food and vegetarian so it's a great buffet. Definitely want to go back!

I booked a two-night stay at the 金茂JW Marriott from July 15th to 17th. I am very grateful to the Guest Relations Executive, Xana (Jasmine), for her assistance with a room upgrade. The TV in our originally assigned room had no signal, and even after the engineers tried to fix it, the connection remained unstable. The engineers did notify the front desk on our behalf, and thanks to the prompt help from Xana and the front desk staff, we were immediately moved to another room. Xana even went out of her way to help us move our luggage. We also troubled Xana and another Guest Relations Executive to help deliver our medication to our room. Thank you, Xana, for your thoughtful service and care! I would also like to thank the housekeeping lady for keeping the room impeccably clean and well-organized. As for breakfast, true to the JW Marriott style, there was an excellent variety of food choices. However, I was a bit disappointed that the congee and oatmeal were not hot this time. What deserves praise, though, is that all the staff at the breakfast cafe were incredibly friendly and provided wonderful service. They all had smiles on their faces, which put us in a great mood while enjoying our morning meal. The 金茂 JW Marriott Hotel in Shenzhen has a very convenient location and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend! We will definitely come back next time.

The entire room was impeccably clean, with not a speck of dust in any corner. The bedding was soft, spotless, and felt luxurious. The overall decor was simple yet elegant, and the high-quality fixtures and fittings really showed off its star-rated quality. Overall, my stay was very satisfying. While the facilities, compared to many top-tier luxury hotels, weren't breathtaking, they were perfectly adequate. Everything you'd expect was there, and the British style was very elegant, reminding me of my time living in the UK. The cleanliness was truly commendable; every corner was spotless. The ambiance was also very pleasant and comfortable. I especially want to praise the Executive Lounge team – Via, Yulia, Emily, and David – for their warm and attentive service. If the hotel could introduce a dedicated WeChat concierge service in the future, similar to some high-end brands, offering one-on-one personalized care for guests, I believe the experience would be elevated even further. I look forward to my next visit!

Over the past two years, almost every time I've been to Shenzhen, I've stayed at the Grand Hyatt, making me a true regular. The location is truly unbeatable, and the integrated complex design is incredibly convenient. Downstairs, you'll find a shopping mall with various restaurants and shops, and the subway is right at your doorstep. The journey back to Hong Kong for customs clearance is very short, making travel plans completely manageable. The hotel's service consistently maintains a high standard. Any requests are handled quickly and appropriately. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with complete and well-maintained facilities. There's no need to meticulously plan routes or search for commercial areas in advance; it's a one-stop solution for all travel needs, making everything hassle-free and reliable. The service was great. The room was spacious, and the balcony was large with a nice view. There wasn't a smart toilet, and the toilet seat didn't quite fit the bowl, which made it a bit cold. The shower water was excellent. Breakfast was rich and delicious with many choices, and the dishes changed daily. The swimming pool water temperature was good, not cold, and there were two lifeguards even at night. The water quality was also good. There's a Zhangbei Country Park nearby, which is nice for a walk. We received dining vouchers, which basically covered the 100 RMB tea fee at the Chinese restaurant. The room was a bit cold because there was no heating, but they provided a heater, which made it comfortable. Shenzhen's temperature difference can be quite large! My kid's on vacation, so I thought I'd give them a change of scenery for their homework, and I get a change of pace too! I debated booking this hotel for ages. It felt like it had been around forever, and I was worried the facilities and hardware might be outdated. In the end, poverty won out, and I booked it anyway (sorry, sorry, sorry, hahaha, saying it three times so no hard feelings!). I booked a Westin Suite, and the room was huge with a really smart layout. Plus, with the heavy rain in Shenzhen lately, wow! The vibe was absolutely incredible! This room has a dining table, a workspace, and a seating area – the separate zones are so well-designed, seriously! And two bathrooms! Next time, I might book two rooms, it felt like there might be a connecting door next to us. The view, honestly, was amazing. The lights at Window of the World at night were pretty good too! The bed and pillows were just right, very comfortable. I'd definitely come back again. Another super convenient thing is that the hotel connects directly to the mall, as shown in picture 10. For a rainy day, this hotel is an absolute lifesaver!

The location of the hotel is just perfect! 2 minutes of a walking distance to the Sea World. The room was clean. And the laundry service was available as well. Personally, I used the iron and the ironing board. But there were some disappointing facts about the shower cabin. The water pours and leaks out of the cabin which makes the floor so wet, so no towels can help, and I had to collect it with my slippers apparently. And there was shampoo in the shampoo and conditioner containers both which means I just washed my head twice. I’d recommend the hotel stuff mind these details. But, nevertheless, thanks my stay there!

The staff on the first floor were proactive in helping me with my luggage and took it to the elevator. When checking in at the 31st-floor reception, Ryan greeted us warmly. I specifically sought him out, and he kindly assigned us a high-floor room on the 48th floor and even offered complimentary breakfast for the children! A big thumbs up for that! 👍 **Room** The website stated 43 square meters, which felt about right, a standard size. The in-room tea was Twinings tea bags, both green and black tea. The fixtures, like the faucets and showerhead, seemed newer than those at the Hyatt in Dongguan. The hairdryer was a Lefein, with strong airflow, a big plus! The shower pressure was excellent, another thumbs up! 👍 The linens were standard, and housekeeping was very prompt; our room was already clean when we returned from breakfast. The twin beds were 1.2 meters wide; though small, they were firm and could be moved together. The only thing I didn't like was the quality of the toothbrushes; I recommend bringing your own if you're particular. The air conditioning was quite noisy. **Food** The dinner buffet was fantastic! The chef team spoke Cantonese, and the hot Cantonese dishes were on point, especially the black char siu – delicious! The stir-fried vegetables were all good, and the boiled beef in chili oil was excellent! You could also get clay pot garlic seafood made fresh on the spot; you pick your ingredients and hand them to the chef to prepare. Sashimi was readily available on platters for self-service without waiting. The grilled beef at the live station was incredibly tender; my child had three servings! There were also grilled squid and other meats, with a short wait of only three or four people. Desserts included Napoleon cake, cheesecake, and durian mille-feuille, all made fresh by the chefs. The individual serving was steamed lobster with glass noodles, and the meat was springy and very fresh! If I had to pick a fault, it would be the lack of freshly squeezed juice. In comparison, breakfast was slightly disappointing. During the May Day holiday, if you arrived at the restaurant a bit late, you had to queue. Also, later on, the freshly squeezed juice dispenser was empty and not refilled. The noodle bar only offered minced meat and green beans as toppings, and there was no good chili sauce. The variety of Chinese hot dishes was limited. The highlight was the freshly made wontons; although they took a while to cook and there was a long queue, they were amazing when I finally got to eat them! The soup was incredibly flavorful! Breakfast was just about filling, but the quality was a bit lacking. **Public Areas** The lobby on the 31st floor offered beautiful sea and mountain views. The gym was outsourced but truly professional and spacious! There was even a 24-hour gym! The swimming pool was smaller than expected, with shallow water, and was an outdoor heated pool. Children's facilities were minimal, almost non-existent. There were parent-child activities, such as handicrafts, which we didn't participate in. After dinner, you could walk to the seaside boardwalk; though crowded and noisy, it was sufficient for a stroll. The hotel was a 10-minute walk from the entrance to Bitongdao on Wutong Mountain, making it convenient for hiking. Staying at the Hyatt in Yantian during the holiday ensures good food and accommodation, allows for hiking, and offers easy access by car or metro to OCT (Overseas Chinese Town) or Dameisha/Xiaomeisha for an enjoyable trip!

This hotel experience far exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding, and the toiletries were high-quality. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in efficient and pleasant. The location was convenient, the environment was quiet and not noisy, and thoughtful details were everywhere. The value for money was outstanding, and I'll definitely choose this place first for my next trip! Special thanks to the front desk.

This white house, dubbed 'Shenzhen's Santorini,' truly exceeded my expectations! Here's an honest review of my experience: 📍 Location & Surroundings The B&B is nestled on Dapeng Nanao's First Beach, with the blue coast in front and lush mountains behind. It's about a 1.5-hour drive from the city center and just a 20-meter walk directly to the beach. Shuitao Beach boasts clear water and fine sand, is uncrowded and peaceful, and offers stunning sunset views. 🛏️ Room & Amenities Each room provides an unobstructed 180-degree panoramic sea view, with floor-to-ceiling windows bringing the expansive blue ocean right in. Rooms are equipped with a bathtub, projector, hairdryer, and feature a minimalist, high-end 'creamy' aesthetic. It's perfectly relaxing to enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sunset. 👨💼 Service & Dining 24-hour butler service is available on call to help with luggage and travel planning. Takeout can be delivered directly to your room – enjoying delicious food with a sea view is pure bliss; complimentary sweet soup is also offered in the evenings. There's a coffee bar on the first floor and a Thai-themed restaurant on the second. 💯 Summary With its exceptional location, unbeatable front-row sea views, and attentive service, I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shenzhen to see the sea! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Dapeng.

The MIXC Shenzhen and KK100 Shenzhen|5.01km from city centre
This city hotel, with its views of the Shenzhen skyline from every angle, is my top pick for city views. The location, hotel amenities, surrounding facilities, and guest services are all exceptional. Many online reviews mention that the hotel is a bit old and the facilities are dated, but after staying there, I disagree. When the hotel first opened, it was very well-equipped, from the bathrooms to the decor, and even had iPads, which are usually only found at The Peninsula, making it quite convenient. If you're concerned about outdated hardware, you can opt for a suite or higher-category room, as it seems these have all been updated. I have two particularly strong impressions: 1) Due to a minor operational error by the hotel, I contacted the platform, and they connected me with the duty manager. The duty manager on the day of my check-in was very friendly, highly professional, and also quite personable and sincere. This was one of the best duty managers I've encountered at a St. Regis property. 2) When checking out, I left my luggage in the room, intending to have the concierge store it. However, after exchanging currency, I found it inconvenient to carry the cash and wanted to retrieve my wallet from my bag. The two concierges on the 1st floor responded quickly and were very professional. 3) When leaving the hotel and hailing a taxi, the driver didn't stop right at the entrance. The concierge helped find the car and opened the door for me. Highly commendable! Finally, a big thank you to: Duty Manager (DEPP YANG) Concierge (SUNNY QIN, GAMELLIA GUO)

Guest services from Wendy were fantastic! She was so enthusiastic and even upgraded us to a sea-view room for free, and included complimentary breakfast for the kids – we were thrilled! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast spread was amazing. There were so many activities for the kids too; they absolutely loved the go-karts, cinema, and swimming pool. Both adults and children had a comfortable stay, enjoyed the food, and had a blast. My only minor suggestion would be to add live music to the lobby; I think that would make it even more perfect!

Yantian (Dameisha & Xiaomeisha) Shenzhen|26.99km from city centre
The ultimate family-friendly vacation spot, a perfect experience worth revisiting! Choosing this InterContinental in Dameisha was definitely a hit, from check-in to check-out, it was a smooth and comfortable stay! **Room: Full of childish fun, thoughtful details!** A huge thank you to the front desk staff for the complimentary upgrade to the Ocean Adventure Family Twin Room. The entire room was decorated with ocean-themed cartoons; the bedsheets, throw pillows, and wall decals all featured adorable sharks and jellyfish. My child shrieked with joy the moment they entered. The bathroom came with a cartoon bathtub and even had kids' water toys. The interactive floor projection created an amazing ambiance, and my child spent ages playing barefoot in the light and shadows. There was also an interactive 'treasure hunt' projection on the desk, which kept my child quietly entertained, finally allowing us parents to catch a break. Kids' toiletries, small slippers, and bathrobes were all provided, with every detail thoughtfully catering to children. 🧸 **Indoor Kids' Playground: Rich variety of activities!** The hotel's indoor playground is super spacious. The ball pit and giant building block area were clean and tidy, and there were special craft classes daily! We caught the Little Chef DIY activity, where staff patiently guided the children in making food, even providing them with exclusive chef hats and aprons – the sense of ceremony was amazing. In the lobby, there were also clown interactive performances and giant inflatable shark mascot parades. The clown did fancy ball tricks and gave out balloons, and my child chased the mascot around. The atmosphere was incredibly vibrant, keeping us entertained throughout. **Outdoor Sea View & Water Activities: Absolutely stunning!** The guest room balcony directly faces the entire Dameisha sea area, with distant views of mountains, sea, and small islands. Downstairs, the tiered pools and water slides lead directly to the beach, and the surrounding palm trees make for fantastic photo opportunities! Out at sea, there was an exciting flyboarding show, with high-flying water stunts that were both thrilling and beautiful – watching the show by the sea breeze was so therapeutic. The private beach wasn't too crowded, making it very pleasant for swimming and walking. The pool had different depths, so both adults and children could enjoy it safely. ✨ **Service and Amenities: Top marks 💯** The staff were gentle and polite throughout our stay. Whether it was guidance in the playground or room service, responses were super quick. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive, with family activities rotating daily, so there's no need to go out looking for things to do with the kids. The hotel facilities are very well maintained; both public areas and guest rooms were clean and odorless. The air conditioning was powerful, and the soundproofing was effective, allowing us to rest with our child undisturbed. This is the top choice for a one-stop family vacation, with food, lodging, and entertainment all-inclusive, no need for strenuous travel. The sea view, family facilities, and service are all excellent. It's perfect for both short weekend getaways with kids or a relaxing family trip. It's already on my list for a second visit, highly recommended for families with children!

Shenzhen Coastal City, Shenzhen Bay Control Point Shenzhen|12.47km from city centre
The location is fantastic, offering a quiet escape while still being central. It's right next to a shopping mall, making it perfect for business travelers and families alike. Getting around is super convenient. While the hotel is a bit older, the facilities and soundproofing are truly excellent. There aren't many families with kids on summer vacation here, which is great for business travelers. I have to give a special shout-out to Candies. She was incredibly thoughtful and provided us with a lot of help, especially for my colleague who was visiting for the first time from out of town.

Lo Wu Control Point, Lo Wu Railway Station Shenzhen|6.05km from city centre
This hotel is a long-standing star hotel in Shenzhen, full of a sense of history. The walls from the second to third floors are adorned with photos of visiting dignitaries, entertainment stars, and athletes from various countries, showcasing its past glory. The dragon-patterned elevator in the lobby also possesses an artistic beauty and is quite unique. Upon check-in, the friendly front desk staff thoughtfully upgraded me to a river view room. Outside the window was the Shenzhen River, with the natural beauty of Hong Kong on the opposite bank. In the evening, I even enjoyed a splendid sunset from my room – it was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel's gym and restaurant are also worth commending. In terms of transportation, it's only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel to Luohu Port and Shenzhen Luohu Railway Station, which is very convenient. The only thing to note is that after exiting Luohu Port and taking the escalator on the left (towards Heping Road), you'll need to cross a sky bridge to reach the hotel. If you can't find the sky bridge, it's easy to get lost around the railway station. Additionally, ordering takeout is very convenient; there's a takeout locker on the first floor for self-pickup, though you need your room card to use the elevator, so delivery can't reach your room door. Also, this hotel has a lot of foreign guests, making it a perfect choice for those crossing the border to Hong Kong. I will definitely stay here again. The happiest part was that during my stay, I happened to encounter the 2026 Antiques and Art Exhibition on the third floor, where I saw many genuine paintings by famous artists and precious antique collections – it was a real feast for the eyes ❤️

Dongmen and Shuibei Shenzhen|6.11km from city centre
็Highly recommended! The hotel is very convenient for shopping and is located just a short walk from the metro station. All staff members were friendly and helpful, including the housekeeping and breakfast restaurant staff. The front desk staff were especially welcoming and could communicate in English, which is not always easy to find in China. The room was exceptionally clean and modern. Everything felt brand new and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, although the variety was somewhat limited. However, I appreciated that the menu changed every day,
