I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and always choose Wyndham—it has never let me down. The location is absolutely perfect, situated in the central area with a vibrant surrounding commercial district. Places like Emperor Palace Square, Excellence Center, and the convention center are all within walking distance, making it extremely convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel service is also excellent. A special thanks to Ms. Jossce for helping arrange a room upgrade and late checkout, as well as recommending the hotel’s 618 promotional buffet to us—she was incredibly warm and attentive. The rooms are great too, spacious and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. I will continue to support this hotel in the future and look forward to seeing it get even better.

Review for Sheraton Shenzhen: 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely excellent stay at the Sheraton Shenzhen! From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive—always ready to help with a smile. Especially Windy and Antonio were really great and always at my service. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I slept better than I have in months. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, from the high-quality amenities to the fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—fresh, diverse, and delicious with something for every taste. I also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and service. The facilities were top-notch, especially the fitness center and the pool—clean, well-equipped, and a great way to unwind after a busy day. Overall, this was a perfect stay. I felt truly welcomed and pampered throughout. I highly recommend Sheraton Shenzhen to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Shangri la blow my mind with their big spacious lobby and very courteous concierge and reception counter staffs. I love room it is spacious yet look posh modern shangri la style. There even robot who can deliver your ******* orders up to your room. I order twice once can, the other time cannot maybe is based on the total amount of the orders? But overall, good view, with bathtub, walkable distance to malls, clean toilet. And very helpful housekeepers who will knock on the door to ask if there is anything else we need assistance with.

Hotel is located right across a wet market, very busy and lots of construction all around. Room is spacious, with a kitchenette and sofa sitting area. Furniture especially the sunken sofa is rather dated. The wooden toilet door is rather awkward as it opens inwards taking up space to get to the WC. Although old, the facilities and amenities work well. The spaciousness is worth the rate paid.

Fantastic service from start to finish - concierge super helpful, front desk remembered our names after first check in. Great central location in Futian with easy access to city, metro, food & shopping. We returned the following week & will choose to stay here when in Shenzhen. Corner deluxe room & huge bath with a view was spectacular. Appreciated tea, coffee, fresh milk & plenty of free water. Thanks especially to Alison & Alvin.

Reception is very unfriendly and demanded a very high deposit for my booking of 2 rooms. He initially demanded for 5000CNY for deposit, which was exorbitant. Then after we questioned him on the high price for deposit, he lowered to 2000CNY, which we paid for. Aren’t hotel deposits fixed? How can a hotel staff open any price he likes for deposit? The staff even mocked us for not paying the initial deposit of 5000CNY, saying that this is an easy amount for anyone to spend. Hotel was nice and clean but reception staff is extremely unprofessional.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott, and it exceeded my expectations! The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. It’s an old fashioned hotel but it’s very clean and very functional design that compares to the new boutique hotel. I can’t stand the new boutique style hotel, which looks good but it’s not very functional, such as there is no hook in the glass shower room to hang your towel. The Velaye is much better hotel even its old!

Overall, the experience was good. The room was very comfortable and exactly like in the pictures. It is also a very good location and the breakfast was really tasty. However, checking in, I didn't get a lot of information about the hotel such as breakfast times, where things are, etc. Also, I booked a massage at the hotel spa which was a disappointing experience. It's down a dingy, noisy corridor; despite having made an appointment the staff were unprepared and seemed a little annoyed I was interrupting their time; there was zero music/ambiance; no beverages offered; and the massage lady kept on checking her phone and ended the session very abruptly. Considering the massage is more than most spas, I expected better treatment. Despite this, the woman on the front desk was very helpful when I asked for help as my WIFI didn't work and I would recommend the hotel.

The Langham Shenzhen boasts a prime location in the heart of the city, offering convenient access to nearby attractions. The staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Language wasn't an issue as almost everyone spoke English. However, one downside was the presence of mosquitoes in the room, which affected the overall comfort. Despite this, the hotel’s elegant ambiance and excellent service make it a worthy choice. Here's to hoping that they will add halal food options in the breakfast buffet.

We booked a 2-night stay over the Easter holiday. The location is excellent, situated next to a mall and just a few metro stops away from the Futian High-Speed Rail train station. Our overall experience was positive. However, upon entering our initial room, we discovered a used sock and a pack of cigarettes on the floor. The staff promptly relocated us to another room and even provided an upgrade. While the new room was more spacious than the one we had originally booked, such oversights from a renowned brand were unacceptable. Another notable point was the absence of automated delivery robots for takeaway service at the hotel. Instead of enjoying the convenience of food delivered directly to our room, we had to take the lift to the lobby on the 95th floor and then back down to the 1st floor to collect our food, which was stored in a wooden drawer without any insulating features. This was different to the typical hotel experience, where staff or robots will help to deliver the food to rooms and was a slight inconvenience. Despite these issues, we were satisfied with our stay on the whole.

Booked a 3h stay as my flight was late in the night and I did not wish to carry my luggage around. For the price, the place is fantastic. Service is great too. Staff would even escort you to your room as though you are a VIP staff. Location is near food options and a small mall which is about a 5 - 10min walk away. The mall even has outlet shops for certain sports brands. Also a rather short jourmey away from Shekou Port if you are intending to take the ferry. The room is nice and cozy for a short stay. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Location is right near the metro and there’s a few shops near by. Strange cleaning methods. I stayed in this hotel 8 years ago so I knew that this is a nice hotel with big space in the room. This time I took my kids with me and they love this hotel and the swimming pool. Of course it looks older than before, I just want to say some areas like the top part of the door, slide door in the bathroom need a deep clean. When I closed the bathroom slide door, the dust from the top fell down on my head. Also for the breakfast time, we need to queue up for a long time, understand that this is a popular hotel during the holiday time. Apart from that we still love this hotel.

Shenzhen Coastal City, Shenzhen Bay Control Point Shenzhen|12.47km from city centre
You can't beat the location--it's right off the metro and next to Coastal City. I had no problem communicating in English. The rooms were large and had wonderful views. I actually had a real desk and a proper office chair to work in, which I really needed. The breakfast buffet had a nice blend of East meets West cuisine. Overall, it was a good stay. But I do have 2 comments for improvement--no one says ”good morning' or greets you in any way. For example, even when I greeted the waitress in Mandarin, no eye contact or a smile. Even the front desk doesn't feel that approachable. It feels very cold, which felt strange given the hotel brand. So I couldn't give a high rating on the service because of it. And the second point is that the pillows were so wilted--even with three of them, they just sank down like I was lying flat on the bed. I attempted to call to see if I could get them exchanged but no one answered my calls.
