Five-star recommendation! The hotel's robot delivery service is novel and convenient, and the staff are always smiling, polite, and helpful. Facilities: Excellent, fully equipped for a hassle-free stay. All appliances are well-stocked. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Great, with easy access to transport and convenient for getting around. Service: Warm and attentive, truly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was also very generous with a wide variety of options. This hotel was definitely a highlight of my trip.

The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around! There are also many local snacks and delicious foods nearby! The front desk service is very thorough, and the greeters are warm and attentive! The breakfast area felt a bit chaotic, and the service was a little slow. There was some leftover bread, which seemed a waste. I wanted to pack it to go, but the restaurant manager had a very unpleasant attitude and expression. When staying at this kind of hotel, guests usually aren't looking to take a few pieces of bread home; it was simply a thought about my child not finishing it and not wanting it to go to waste. It really left a bad impression. The bathroom lacking an automatic toilet was a slight letdown, and some of the facilities felt a bit dated.

My kids wanted to visit Guanyinqiao, so I picked the Hyatt, and it turned out to be in a fantastic location! It's just a few minutes' walk to the snack street, which had so many delicious food options. The weather in Chongqing right now is perfect, not too hot and not too cold, just like spring – so comfortable. I'll definitely be back during winter breaks and will stay at the Hyatt again. Their breakfast is excellent, and it's free for kids under 12, which is really family-friendly (hope this helps other families traveling with kids!). A special shout-out to Xiao Jiang from the Guest Services Center; she was incredibly understanding and always went above and beyond to help! Thumbs up! Moms, if you're bringing your kids to Guanyinqiao, I highly recommend the Hyatt.

I stayed at the Hilton in Chongqing for three nights and was satisfied with everything. It's very close to the subway station (Lianglukou) and Didi (ride-hailing) is also super convenient. There are plenty of food options nearby, including a Luckin Coffee right outside. The staff were amazing! Housekeeping Auntie Chen (I hope I got the name right) was incredibly thoughtful; she brought amenities for my child and even provided a bathtub liner and bath salts. Vickie and Jason at the front desk provided excellent service and even complimentary breakfast for one day. The concierge staff proactively helped me with my luggage both at check-in and check-out. It truly felt like a home away from home, especially for a mom traveling alone with a child! I recommend bringing a swimsuit. We forgot ours, otherwise, I definitely would have relaxed in the heated pool. I really enjoy swimming in winter.

Traveling to Chongqing with my family, choosing the Sheraton Hotel was definitely the right decision. Initially, I picked this hotel for its excellent location, but what truly impressed me was the stunning view it offered. Right outside the hotel, you're greeted with a beautiful river view, which is even more spectacular at night. A big thank you to Roxanne for helping us upgrade to an executive room (paid upgrade), which allowed us to fully experience all the hotel's amenities. The executive lounge was also fantastic!

Traveling during the off-peak season, I chose this cliffside hotel instead of one in the scenic area, and it was excellent value for money. The large outdoor terrace offers a stunning view, and you can see Changjiang International right across from the hotel. The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. It's conveniently located, just a ten-minute walk from Qixinggang Metro Station, and also very close to the Mountain City Trail (about 800 meters), making it easy to get to any attraction! The front desk lady was also very warm and friendly, providing us with lots of useful advice and help. We had a very pleasant holiday here.

Fantastic location! 📍 Directly facing Jiefangbei and Hongyadong, the river view is absolutely stunning. The room was clean and tidy, the mattress soft, and the service warm and attentive. A gentle breeze from the river outside, while inside it was cozy and elegant. The high-floor river view room was incredibly soothing; watching the mist in the morning and the city lights at night was truly special. The service was so thoughtful it felt like meeting an old friend. This was the most unforgettable stop on my Chongqing trip. This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel, and I had a really great experience. On my last day, they were kind enough to extend my check-out time to 2 PM, which was a thoughtful touch. The first night, I found the pillow uncomfortable. The next day, customer service proactively reached out to me and immediately provided a different pillow, which greatly improved my sleep. The daily breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the dining area was clean and tidy. The hotel also has multiple elevators for guests, making them fast and convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, with smooth traffic around and easy access to Jiefangbei. The river view from the room is indeed unbeatable; upgrading to a river view room for an extra fee was definitely worth it. On Saturdays, you can even watch the drone show directly from your room. The hotel's WeChat concierge, Freya, also provided prompt and thoughtful service. The only drawback is that the breakfast area is a bit small compared to other hotels in the same price range.

Even though it was raining in Chongqing, the hotel kept my spirits high. From the greeters downstairs to the front desk at check-in and the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and responsive. They solved issues quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated 👍. The pool temperature was just right, and the gym had all the equipment you could need. There was an elderly greeter with a white beard who was particularly charming. When I was leaving and my ride-share driver got lost, he walked quite a distance into the road to help guide the driver to the hotel to pick me up. At the noodle bar in the restaurant, I asked for my noodles to be made to their specialty standard, and the server humorously said that conditions limited him, then thoughtfully asked if I wanted extra spice. The hotel's location is also fantastic, making it convenient to get to any attraction. It's one of the reasons I come to Chongqing, and among all the InterContinental hotels, this one is my number one. I've even found myself missing it since I got back and plan to stay for a few more days during the Qingming Festival. If I had to pick one minor flaw, it would be that the standard pillows are either too flat with one or too high with two, and the quality of the toothbrushes could be improved. Otherwise, everything was absolutely perfect.

Restaurant: The breakfast was surprisingly good and affordable, perhaps because I redeemed it for free using points. It wasn't added to my room bill. Room amenities: Excellent, very comfortable stay, especially the washing machine in the laundry room which looked very high-quality. Location and transportation: Very close to the subway station, and the hotel is even inside a shopping mall, so you can go shopping directly downstairs. Service: The best part was when the washing machine was full; I just needed to put my clothes in a bag, write down my request, and the clothes were washed by the next day. I put them in at 2 AM. 🌟 A perfect Chongqing trip, this hotel absolutely deserves five stars! My stay at this hotel during my Chongqing trip was full of pleasant surprises. From check-in to check-out, it was a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room design perfectly captured the essence of this mountain city. The Hongyadong mural above the bed and the river wave-patterned wallpaper immediately made me feel the vibrant atmosphere of Chongqing. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. The vintage leather chair and small round table, paired with a warm pendant light, created a wonderful ambiance for reading or chatting in the evenings. The amenities were also very thoughtful, with a desk and a mini-fridge – every detail showed great care. What touched me the most was the service. The staff were warm and attentive; they not only proactively recommended nearby attractions but also provided helpful tips for activities like the Two Rivers Night Cruise and the Panda Base, even assisting me in booking discounted boat tickets. The location is absolutely incredible – I could walk to Hongyadong and Jiefangbei. Stepping out at night, I was greeted by the dazzling stilt houses and the illuminated red bridge, making every photo-op picture-perfect. Part of the meaning of travel lies in the scenery, and part in the warmth of your accommodation. This place isn't just a stopover; it felt like a home in Chongqing. The room was larger than expected. For 300+ RMB, it included breakfast for two. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even offered to upgrade us from an interior room to an exterior-facing one, but we declined as we were worried about traffic noise and wanted a good night's sleep. We were told in advance that we could request a late check-out until 1:30 or 2 PM. The location is actually better for parking or getting a taxi than staying right in the center of Guanyinqiao commercial district. Not far away, there's also a DoubleTree by Hilton, which looks more impressive, but certainly wouldn't be at this price point. The shower water was very hot, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. Breakfast had a rich variety of options, and the gym and laundry room were both free, which was very convenient. The fresh fruit juice in the lobby was excellent; I had several glasses! It's about a 15-minute walk to the Guanyinqiao commercial district, which is totally fine if you don't have luggage. My only minor regret is that the TV only had live channels, so I couldn't use my own streaming memberships.

Initially, I was a bit apprehensive since the hotel was on the 15th floor and above of an office building, and the elevators were packed with people going to classes with kids, delivery drivers, etc. However, once we reached the 15th floor, we found the environment to be quite good. The receptionist was lovely and very welcoming, offering us tea and water – so thoughtful! All the young ladies at the front desk were exceptionally kind. The room layout was quite unique, quiet, and clean. The breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommend! I took some photos before leaving and felt really great about our stay 👍🏻
