My stay was overall good, I can't complain. Price per value is very good. The room was pretty nice and I liked the buffet breakfast. The metro line is also quite close. The receptions were nice and professional. There's self service laundry. However, there are many things that I would expect from a Ramada hotel and I didn't find here. Nobody spoke English, the swimming pool was not available, there isn't laundry service, maintenance in the room could be better, no fridge.

They are a bit busy I arrive at 16:00 and i need to wait my room to be ready around 30 minutes. But give free water and cold tea and fan. Room is clean. Condition is working. Stuff responded quickly. They put decorations for me swan. 🤣 The view is nice. Mostly family couples are staying. Breakfast: so far ok. Juice is not fresh just a regular juice. No salmon !! Only 2 types ham , cheese was good, buns not so good mostly just taste plain bread. Mixed egg was good. I don't eat Chinese food so not so much to choose from. Breakfast is 4/10. Stuff is good. Swimming pool: NO CONDITIONER AT ALL so hot. Inside the locker room so hot, outside so hot. 6/10. Has jacuzzi and 2 sauna. Good. Has water bottles. Overall is ok 7/10

We stayed 4 days with my family of 6 adults and 4 very young infants in this hotel, the service was amazing, the communication was excellent. Everyone of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds, clean sheets, every clean bathroom, good airconditioning. The breakfast was amazing, variation of western and eastern was very good. All 4 days we got different breakfast that was amazing. Location for us was excellent, right below our hotel is the Raffles City Mall, very modern, spacious, and clean. Lots of stores food and international brands of products. I want to thank MR. Yang and everyone of the staff to make our stay comfortable and safe. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Although the hotel has been around for a while, its decor doesn't feel old-fashioned at all. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are well-maintained. This time, I booked a twin room for my parents and a king room for my child and me, and both accommodations were very comfortable. A special shout-out to Echo and Vaness for proactively arranging non-smoking rooms for us. The hotel is directly connected to a commercial complex, which is incredibly convenient for daily necessities or last-minute purchases. The location is superb: it's very close to Beicheng Tianjie and Xingguang 68. Guanyinqiao is also within easy walking distance, and Beicang Cultural & Creative Park is just a 300-meter stroll away. This makes it an ideal choice for families looking to explore Chongqing's main shopping and entertainment districts.

The room is old. This is fine, but there is no fan in the bathroom. The room smells of the bathroom the whole time I am here. The entire hotel is very nice but old. However, the service was great. As expected at a Hilton. The pool is nice, but a little small. Gym is great. This is 4min walk from a metro line and 20min DiDi from any location you want to go.

Having seen that it opened in 2011, I initially worried the hotel might be dated and hesitated for a while. However, my friend and I eventually decided to book the Sheraton Chongqing, eager to experience its grand, European-style charm. I must say, the hotel is exceptionally well-maintained; no area looks old or worn. The first impression is its sheer grandeur – the lobby must be over ten meters high! I stay in at least twenty hotels a year, and it's rare to find such an impressive lobby in newly opened hotels these days. My room seemed newly renovated, very fresh and spotless. And the night view from the window is truly a showstopper! If you're coming for Chongqing's famous night scenery, you can simply lie in bed and enjoy it all without even needing to go to the riverside. The breakfast truly lives up to five-star expectations. A special shout-out to the handmade *baozi* (steamed buns) prepared by the hotel staff – they were incredibly delicious! Finally, I'd like to commend the service. The hotel management is clearly top-notch, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and enthusiastic. The front desk staff were particularly thoughtful, even proactively arranging an extra pair of slippers and a toothbrush in our room before we checked in. Many thanks for such excellent service! 🙏🙏

The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, right next to the bustling Jiefangbei, with all dining, entertainment, and shopping options just steps away. Upon check-in, the staff proactively asked if we needed earplugs and offered solutions for a peaceful night's sleep. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and efficiently. After our four-night stay, a hotel staff member even called to inquire about our experience, which truly demonstrates their dedication to guest satisfaction. As an incredible gesture, they even couriered local Chongqing specialties to us via SF Express! Your warm and thoughtful service is absolutely outstanding! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Perfect 👏🏼👏🏼 Hotel staff also gave us free discount vouchers for Cruise ride and observation tower. Staff is very patient and they resolve every issue. Communication was not at all a problem due to availability of mobile applications. Night City view of Time Square is mesmerizing 😊 💕 Overall, a must stay hotel for anyone who wants to stay and enjoy night life in Chongqing. Metro station, Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and Hongyadong everything is so near. Good job done👍🏼✅ We stayed in room number 1902 and had a memorable experience 😊 (I have also included photos of staff to appreciate their efforts in making our stay a luxurious one. The hotel might seem a little aged at first but the service and interior still wow from the first moment you step in. The room I booked was clean and spacious. The housekeeping did their job excellent. They have everything inside you could ask; washing detergent, iron, laundry rack, etc. Front desk was superb; fast check-in, great advice when asking for recommendations, and efficient when asking for items like extra water. The robot was a great thing to have as all my delivery are sent to my doorstep. All in all, this is a 10/10 solid stay. Oh, the breakfast have a great great selection and taste great too. And there is vending machine in lobby if u need any last minute groceries or even a wake up coffee. Thank you.

I stayed at Indition Hotel in Chongqing and overall had a great experience. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The view was slightly disappointing though — I couldn’t see the famous glowing houses I was hoping for, and I was told all other rooms were fully booked. That said, the view was still impressive since I was on the 37th floor, very high up, and you could see far with little to no buildings blocking the view. The hallways actually looked even better than those at the Birkin and Iseya Hotels, which are located in the same building. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay — just wish the view had been a bit more iconic.

I had expected an older five-star hotel to have outdated facilities, but to my pleasant surprise, it was much better than anticipated. The hotel was comfortable and stylish, and the room was spacious and very clean. The service was incredibly attentive. The breakfast was excellent; in fact, to enjoy it for an extra day, we extended our stay by another night. Although the hotel upgraded our room for free on this last day at my request, because I extended our stay directly at the hotel front desk (rather than through Ctrip), the price turned out to be significantly more expensive than booking via Ctrip. In essence, I effectively paid for the upgrade myself.

This time, on a trip to Chongqing with my child, we specifically chose the Grand Hyatt Chongqing as our base for a journey combining the city's unique 'Fog City' charm and 'red education' (revolutionary history). It turned out to be an absolutely brilliant choice! The entire stay far exceeded our expectations! • **Exceptional Concierge and Front Desk Service:** The hotel's concierge and front desk staff were incredibly helpful with our family trip. Not only were they warm and friendly, but they also provided extremely practical transportation routes and advice. Whether it was seeing the night view at Hongyadong, taking the Yangtze River Cableway, experiencing the Liziba monorail going through a building, or exploring the ancient town charm of Ciqikou, the staff tailored optimal and energy-saving routes for us, always keeping our child in mind. They even advised us on how to avoid crowds during peak times, which saved us so much hassle! They also recommended we see the 1949 Grand Theatre performance, which was breathtaking and highly educational. What truly impressed us was that when we mentioned wanting to introduce our child to 'red culture' education, they immediately put together a thoughtful itinerary of suitable nearby 'red' attractions (like Zhou Enlai's Former Residence, Guiyuan, and the New China Daily Office, all conveniently located), aligning with our time and interests, and provided detailed directions. This level of care and professionalism made our educational journey incredibly smooth and enriching! • **Excellent Buffet Selection and Quality:** The hotel's breakfast buffet offered an incredibly wide variety, with both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh, and our child especially loved the hot dishes and pastries! We also tried the dinner buffet once, which was equally satisfying, particularly the Chongqing Noodles! I must give a special shout-out to the Chongqing Noodles (Xiao Mian) served at the restaurant! As a must-try local specialty, the bowl we had at the hotel was absolutely authentic! The broth was rich, the spicy and numbing flavors were perfectly balanced, the noodles had a great chew, and the portion size was generous. Our little one couldn't get enough of it, asking for it every day, and it became one of the most memorable culinary highlights of our trip. • **Impeccably Clean and Comfortable Room:** Our room was spotless and very well-maintained, meeting international hotel hygiene standards. This gave us great peace of mind, especially traveling with a child. The bedding was soft and comfortable; sinking into it instantly relieved our fatigue, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room's layout was well-designed, and the amenities were modern and convenient. The hotel's soundproofing was excellent, allowing our child to sleep soundly through the night and us adults to get proper rest, preparing us for the next day's activities. Beyond the transportation assistance mentioned earlier, every staff member we encountered throughout our stay – from the front desk, concierge, and restaurant staff to the housekeeping team – was always smiling, incredibly friendly, eager to help, and quick to respond. We felt truly welcomed and valued. Next time we visit 'Mountain City' Chongqing, there's no doubt this will still be my top choice!

I stayed here with my child for the drone competition finals, and the hotel's proximity to the venue was a huge plus. The breakfast spread offered a great variety, and the hotel itself was very pleasant. We were on a high floor, and the view from our room was beautiful. Transportation was also very convenient, with direct bus routes to attractions like the Great Hall of the People and the Three Gorges Museum. Being close to a local residential area meant we had access to lots of delicious evening food options; we especially enjoyed the Chuan Chuan (skewers) and BBQ. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting Chongqing. I usually don’t write hotel reviews because I think it’s quite useless, but this is my first trip to China and I found it very difficult to choose a hotel, many have either very good or very bad comments, which made me quite confused. So here are my honest pros and cons: Pros: 1. Excellent location: Very convenient and easy to access everywhere. 2. Friendly and helpful front desk service. 3. Early check-in: I arrived around 11:30 a.m. and they kindly allowed me to check in early without any extra charges. 4. Free upgrade to a room with a beautiful river and bridge view, without me even requesting it! 5. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. 6. Good safety measures. You can only access your floor with your room card. Cons: 1. On the first night, I felt my skin a bit itchy the next morning. I reported it to the front desk, and the staff immediately arranged for a one-time-use bedsheet to solve the issue. (I felt a bit sorry for the front desk because the cleaner seemed a bit unhappy when asked to change it.) 2. Breakfast is à la carte. You order what you want. The food is quite normal, so don’t expect too much. Overall: This was my first time staying here, and I will definitely come back again if I visit Chongqing!

Service-wise, it was great. The staff members were attentive and responded via WeChat rather quick (but of course, within reason, okay. For us as guests, for example, if you text them via WeChat at 2am in the morning, dont expect an immediate reply. Be reasonable). Even though I dont speak Mandarin, everyone did their best to communicate with me and very welcoming. Room is cleaned everyday. Location-wise, it is so close to Jiefangbei Monument, and there are lots of shopping and food places nearby. 100% recommended.

I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms at this hotel! Everything was spotless; the duvet was neatly folded, and the bed sheets were pristine, without a single stain. The windows were crystal clear, and even the sills were clean. The bathroom was equally immaculate – the toilet and shower head were free of any limescale, and the washbasin was perfectly wiped. Staying in such a well-maintained environment truly enhanced my mood! The hotel is also very well-equipped and enjoys an excellent location. It's situated right above a popular Raffles landmark and a metro station, with numerous dining options nearby, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city! Furthermore, the breakfast offered a wide and delicious selection. I will absolutely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

I had an amazing 3-night stay at Nicesoe M Hotel! The location is perfect — right in downtown Chongqing, making it super easy to walk to major tourist spots and metro stations (just around a 10-minute walk away). I loved how everything was within reach, yet the hotel itself was so peaceful and quiet. One of the best surprises was being given a corner room with corner glass windows, which made the whole space feel open, bright, and special. Even better, the bathtub was placed right at the corner. The bathtub was big, clean, with strong water pressure, and paired perfectly with the bath bombs I brought. The room itself was spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the noise level was practically zero — I couldn’t hear anything from outside at all. There was an office desk - perfect for my remote work needs. Special mention to the lovely reception staff who were always smiling and took immediate care of all my requests — their warm attitude truly made my stay memorable. Although I didn’t use the hotel Wi-Fi (I preferred my own for security reasons), the hotel felt very safe and secure throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. Overall, I highly recommend Nicesoe M Hotel for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a peaceful feeling right in the heart of Chongqing!

We picked this hotel because we thought it was a studio apartment that allowed us to have some access to the kitchen after a long trip to other parts of China. Aside from the washing machine (thankfully), none of the kitchen products can be used as no basic cutlery or plates were provided for us to even cut fruits. The location of this hotel is nestled with other hotels in the same building, which is part of an apartment building, it make it confusing and hard to find when we first arrive. The first room we were assigned had a very strong cigarette smell, thankfully we were able to change to a different room. Some of the staff were more helpful than others. This hotel is more suitable for guests that can communicate in Chinese as they use Wechat and it was hard to communicate with them if you can't speak Mandarin. They missed cleaning our room too for one of the day.

We arrived at the hotel and received a wonderfully warm welcome from Mr. Allen Fung. He even added me on WeChat for easy communication, which was a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, when I entered the room, the light tube flickered in an unsettling way. Mr. Fung immediately sought out a technician to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, they were unable to fix it. In a gesture of genuine concern, he upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. What stood out to me even more was how Mr. Fung personally helped us move our luggage to the new room. He consistently checked in on us throughout our stay until we checked out, making sure we were comfortable. Our stay at Radissons has been a dream~ We actually came from another hotel due to dissatisfaction, and checked in late at about 4am. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's right above a bustling commercial area packed with delicious hot pot restaurants, which was incredibly convenient! Every single one we tried was delicious. The hotel staff were also incredibly welcoming. I accidentally left a small speaker behind when checking out, and they immediately contacted me and arranged to mail it back to my home address. Even the doorman was very friendly when we were leaving! Overall, my experience was excellent.

The room was quite small, but the design made decent use of the space. My experience at Hampton by Hilton this time was quite underwhelming. To start, I was informed before check-in that the view from the window would be obstructed, which I found acceptable as I knew about it beforehand. However, a rather large pillar inside the room took up considerable space and was quite obstructive. Since it was a busy weekend and the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't switch rooms. As I was with friends and it would have been inconvenient to find another hotel, we reluctantly made do for the two nights. Secondly, the room had only a half-wall window, which resulted in poor natural light and made the overall lighting feel dim. The light switch design was also problematic; I often found myself turning off all the lights in the room just to switch off a single one. Furthermore, the bathroom's sliding door couldn't close completely, allowing light to seep through and offering poor privacy.

I took a while to locate the hotel as it was in a kind of a rundown shopping complex. The exterior of the building was not very welcoming. But when I entered the lobby on the 15th floor, I felt I was in a different world from what I witnessed a few minutes earlier. The hotel interior was like any good standard hotel. The staff were very friendly and cheerful. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast menu was wide and changes daily. Overall it was a good place to stay, forgoing the condition of the exterior building. It take about 8-10 minutes to the metro staion at the Guanyinqiao pedestrian street.

The hotel was in the center of a tourist attraction, Hongyadong. Just 1 minute and you have the beautiful lights in front of you. 5 minutes walk to the bridge for the astonishing view. The cleaning was very good, the service was top, everything was very good. Would stay here again.
