We stayed here for 4 nights during the Chinese New Year holidays. The location is near line 8 and line 11 subway stations which makes transportation very convenient to any place in the city. Reaching canton tower is very convenient. If you travel by train, Guangzhoudong is the nearest station which you can take the subway line 11 directly to the hotel. Several international and domestic exhibition centers are just near the hotel. The staff are helpful. They will clean the room every day and charge water. We booked a room with one queen bed and one single bed which was convenient for a family with two kids. The bathroom toilet is not slippery which is also a good point. The space inside the room is reasonable. There are facilities like refrigerator and washing machine which provides convenience. The hotel building has 45 floors, and you can see the city and river from any room. There is a small river nearby the hotel, you can take a boat there.

The hotel is easy to find, and parking is convenient. The lobby is clean and bright, and the staff are enthusiastic and attentive; check-in and check-out were both very quick. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure and stable temperature, so I slept really well. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again for future business trips or vacations, and I'll recommend it to my friends too.

Booked three rooms here from the first to the fourth day of Chinese New Year, for a total of four days and three nights. It's right next to the Canton Fair Complex. I have to say, this place offers great value for money, and the view is absolutely unbeatable. In terms of scenery and price alone, it's really good. However, putting those aside, the soundproofing is quite poor; you can even hear snoring from the next room. Also, the room cleanliness is subpar, especially the showerheads, which are covered in water stains. What's more, the cleaning standards vary wildly between rooms. I can understand if the brand of tissues and bottled water changes daily in each room, but one room received tea bags every day while another didn't get any at all. The housekeeping and item replenishment really need improvement! On a positive note, one of the cleaning ladies greeted us warmly when she saw us, which is commendable!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The front desk service was exceptional, and they even upgraded me to a river-view room and gave me some 'wife cakes' as a gift. All the staff were incredibly polite and well-mannered. The room itself was spotless, with no hidden corners, and very spacious and comfortable. The river view was absolutely stunning! It was a truly satisfying experience. I wasn't very familiar with this brand before, but after staying here, I'd definitely consider coming back if I have the chance.

It was pretty good, quite nice! It's very close to the exhibition center for conferences, within walking distance, which is convenient. The room was good, clean and tidy, and well-equipped. Of course, some facilities are a bit old, but it doesn't affect their use, meeting my expectations. The front desk reception was good; you can check in directly in the lobby on the first floor. It was busy then, and the check-in felt a bit rushed, but the staff, though busy, were still very polite. The service could be a little better. The environment is excellent, especially at night, with the tall buildings and dazzling lights, it's very beautiful and stunning. All in all, it was good, and I'll stay here again if I come back.

I've stayed here multiple times. Located in a lively residential area, there are many restaurants downstairs serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel offers good value for money. The facilities are complete, the slippers are comfortable, and disposable slippers are provided. The rooms are spacious, and the location is good, close to the river and subway. The front desk service is excellent and tries its best to meet guests' needs. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

The front desk staff and all the service personnel were really good. They brought anything I needed promptly. The location of Building D goes without saying. For the shower in the bathroom, hot water comes first, then cold. You have to turn it on full blast initially and then slowly adjust it. If you adjust it too slowly, the hot water can scald you.

It's a bit bigger than other City Notes. I could open two large suitcases and two small ones, plus there's a cozy little space with a table and chairs by the window for eating! The biggest perks of City Note: breakfast, free afternoon tea, and free late-night snacks, especially your fruit! I loved it! There's a washing machine, dryer, a very new and beautiful gym, a fridge (with free drinks), unlimited coffee, tea, and water, and even birthday decorations + cake service! The staff were also very proactive in helping us with all our questions. The Southern Vietnam Museum is right next door! There are lots of tourist attractions and great food nearby! The front desk will introduce them all to you, don't worry! The bustling Beijing Road is right across the street! It's really convenient! If you love scenic views, you definitely need to choose this branch! This is my second time staying at a City Note in China. Thank you for letting us check out late at 2 PM! And for the complimentary small gift! Thank you! We had such a happy trip. There's a parcel collection service here, so you can rest assured your packages won't go missing (they have a storage room). You can also store your luggage, and there's a public restroom and sofa. **For food delivery, from Monday to Friday, you'll need to go downstairs to pick it up before 6 PM; after 6 PM, they'll deliver it upstairs (remember to make a note). On weekends, the delivery service is available all day to the 41st-floor reception.

TTuzimenyaThis is, without a doubt, the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in for years. The facilities are modern, and the location is excellent, with a private entrance directly to K11. The lobby is on the 95th floor, and the rooms are even higher, offering fantastic views. Especially at dusk, when the city lights come on, turn off the room lights and look out the window – it's a breathtaking panorama of glittering lights and bustling traffic, with most of Guangzhou spread out before you. The cleanliness is absolutely impeccable; you could practically say it's spotless. If you drop something on the floor, you'd feel bad not picking it up! This is truly the hotel's biggest highlight. From the doorman to every staff member I encountered, everyone greeted me with a big smile. The turndown service was incredibly meticulous. From the bottled water and chocolates placed by the bed to the neatly arranged slippers underneath, the fresh, juicy apples in the fruit bowl, and even the neatly coiled and tied charging cables – everything demonstrated professionalism. Highly recommend!

I was landing at 5 in the morning and was worried about the check in procedure . But Lee from the reception was very helpful . He gave me good instructions and told me how to reach the room . We arrived early morning and everything was ready . The room was clean , well ventilated and comfy . Bed was comfy and we had a good sleep . The reception was very helpful in guiding us towards guangdong cuisine and sites to see . The experience was so good we extended the stay and explored Guangzhou further . The place is very convenient and is right next to the subway stop (line 2) . I think il be staying here again when im in Guangzhou

Even though there was a small hiccup in the middle, the overall experience was still good, from the front desk reception to the pickup driver, everyone was nice! 👍 The room was quite spacious, and we had to walk a fair bit to get around. After checking in, my husband, son, and I went to a local food stall for our first meal. Guangzhou hotels often have beautiful orange trees right outside, which is a lovely touch.

I really like the unique corridor design, and the breakfast is great – a good variety and quite filling. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady on the 11th floor on the 28th. She found my ID card holder that I'd lost in the hallway and returned it to me. While it wasn't valuable, it saved me a lot of hassle! It immediately made me feel a real connection to the hotel.
