I felt their service attitude even before I checked in, especially Alex from the concierge department. He contacted me in advance to see if I needed to be picked up. He upgraded the room directly after I checked in. Then the shuttle bus guy took us around the hotel. The guy at the swimming pool carefully helped the children get water and towels... Later, when the flight was delayed, he was also very nice to help me check out later. There was service everywhere, and the hotel was super beautiful, very photogenic, and the room was large, with a super high cost performance! I have stayed at Park Hyatt and Conrad in Guangzhou before, and this one is the best!

During my stay at the Ritz Carlton, I was deeply impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. However, I would not recommend the afternoon tea at the hotel. I noticed that several flies were buzzing around my tea set. I gonna say that was horrifying.

The most luxurious hotel. The service is excellent, the receptionist Mint小姐，is very beautiful, with a professional and attentive attitude, giving me a feeling of being at home. My room on the 94th floor is very spacious, especially the bathroom and shower room, which are very comfortable and luxurious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view. The bar on the 99th floor is a great place to enjoy the night view with a glass of alcoholic beverage by the window. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 69th floor are impressive; it's my first time swimming at such a high level, giving me a sensation of swimming above the clouds. Breakfast is a must-try on the 72nd floor, with a wide selection of delicious dishes and nice morning sunrise. This hotel is worth coming back to for another stay.

Great hotel with excellent location. Staff was also very friendly. Only one minor set back was the little smell from washroom, probably due to facility aging reason. Overall a very pleasant stay. Def recommend to couples and business people. Thanks for the ad-hoc anniversary arrangement from front desk lady!

New Hotel just 200m from the iconic Canton Tower, conveniently travel around shopping area & eatery. Some of the rooms can even see the tower. The hotel is very clean, and the mattress & pillow are super comfy. Very thoughtful Hotel to provide us with breakfast, afternoon tea & simple supper up to 10.30 pm. Every staff member in the hotel provides us with hospitality. We stayed here for slightly less than a month and this place was a great corner of silence and peace in the middle of the bustling city centre. The staff was super friendly and ready to welcome our requests, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower is great and the position is absolutely amazing to live in downtown Guangzhou or to explore the city! A big plus was the fact that our room had a big window overlooking the garden, which was very quiet and picturesque. We really appreciated our stay and we recommend this hotel to anyone!

Advantages: Close to Canton Tower, and there are many delicious food nearby Disadvantages: The room price is 800+, the room does not come with soap as standard, you have to go to the front desk to ask for it, and the skirting boards in the room are tattered, the floor is raised, and the stool is rickety. I stayed here just to see the Canton Tower. There was a canopy bed in the room. I was very happy to have the kids, but the room facilities really didn’t match the room price. I previously stayed at Shangxiajiu Voco Hotel, a four-star hotel, which cost 1,500+ for two days, regardless of the environment or facilities. The service is much better, so this is the only time I will stay here.

The location is very near to Ke Cun MTR Station and it is also near the Canton Tower. You can see the Canton Tower from the roof top of the hotel. The room we booked is big and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel staff is very friendly and the service is excellent especially 小王. The hotel also provide afternoon tea buffet and cocktails.

The location is very good, it is easy to find, downstairs is the bus station, 2 yuan tourist line, superb experience, take a 2 yuan tram to Wanshengwei and return to the Guangzhou Tower to slowly blow the hair on the Pearl River. Sitting on the bay window to see the squatting Guangzhou Tower, it is another feeling, great! Very good value for money.

Location is the primary choice factor. It is very close to Canton Tower, about 10 minutes' walk away. The facilities are quite satisfactory, there is a refrigerator, but the bed is very hard. The waiter threw away the unused toothpaste when cleaning the room, but did not refill it. The unused essential oils and cosmetic samples that came with them were also thrown away.

The room was clean and tidy, and it was convenient to check in and check out. The view is very good, you can see the Guangzhou Tower, and you can also see a little river view. In the morning, you can also take a walk along the Pearl River to see the scenery. You will pass the Haixin Bridge and walk to the Guangzhou Tower for more than ten minutes. There are vendors selling models of the Guangzhou Tower on the riverside. A plastic tower with colored lights for 8 yuan is much more cost-effective than souvenir shops (do not look at the price, please ignore the pursuit of quality) Most of the day, I play outside, and go back to the room at night to order takeout to see the tower view. It is perfect and very suitable for parent-child travel. The tower view is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the room is comfortable. In summary, I think the price is super high.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night while in Guangzhou for his visa interview. The pictures looked too good to be true with such a decent price tag, but it was exactly like the pictures! I wish we could have stayed more!!! The location is perfect for those who need to interview at the US embassy. It’s just a 10 minute cab ride or 30 minute walk. It’s also very close to the Guangzhou tower, which you can see perfectly from the hotel’s patio! The room itself was utterly perfect. Everything was clean and cozy and simple but sophisticated. Soft robes were provided, along with plenty of fresh towels and tea/coffee. The decor is modern, clean, and super well done. My partner went exploring…but I just wanted to stay inside and read and rest because the room was truly so wonderful to be in (and I rarely feel inclined to skip exploring a place because of a desire to sit in a hotel room). The only downside is that they don’t provide any breakfast options. There’s plenty of space in the room to order and eat food, so it wasn’t a big problem. They gave us free late checkout at 2pm the next day, which was very helpful with my partner’s interview. I wish I could have stayed even longer at this beautiful hotel. I cannot recommend it enough, it’s probably my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed in dozens! Thanks to all of the wonderful staff.
