Highly, highly, highly recommended!!! This is a Thai-style hotel. I read reviews for so many hotels before booking this one, and it certainly didn't disappoint. Even my two elderly family members raved about it! Every customer service agent, the buggy drivers, and the servers were all incredibly polite and enthusiastic! The 24-hour service was super responsive, and the service attitude was consistently excellent, day or night – it made us feel very comfortable. On the day of check-in, the hotel was fully booked, and the two room types I booked were a bit far apart. The lake view room wasn't ready until 4 PM. After discussing it with them, the hotel manager and a customer service agent worked hard to get us an upgrade to a villa, and they even added an extra bed for free, which made us so happy! The hot springs inside are very comfortable and smell wonderful, offering great privacy. Even though it was fully booked that day, there were enough pools that each family could pretty much enjoy one to themselves, which was fantastic. Many thanks to the hotel for their arrangements. Everyone in my family said we need to arrange another trip here.

Maybe it wasn't peak season, so they upgraded me directly to a lake-view room. Although the hotel is quite old, the garden and surroundings are very comfortable, the room was super clean, and the service was excellent. A few hot spring pools were closed, but there weren't many people, so we basically had each open pool to ourselves! 🤭 The complimentary travel photos also turned out great. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, definitely a big thumbs up! ✅

The hotel grounds are comfortable and surrounded by greenery. The rooms are larger than other hotels, and the hygiene meets standards. We felt warmly welcomed by our butler, Vivi, who provided excellent and hospitable service, making us feel like family.

This was my second stay here, and Luke, our butler, provided excellent service. He was always quick to help us with any issues. The complimentary travel photoshoot was also fantastic; it was a lovely way to capture some memories for my child's 10th birthday. I also had a SPA treatment, and Sherry's technique was incredibly relaxing. I might just come back for the SPA next time!

This was my second visit, and the hotel as a whole is quite good, away from the hustle and bustle, almost like a quick trip to Thailand 🇹🇭. You need an electric buggy to get everywhere, but calling for one is quick and efficient. Our butler, Luke, was very reliable, always enthusiastic in introducing things and providing information on various services. The SPA experience was excellent! Even more comfortable than those in the city! Although a bit pricey, it's definitely worth trying. All the staff throughout the resort provided great service. However, the room style is a bit old-fashioned, so remember to bring a charging adapter. There was some old dust in the room, making it feel like it really needs a renovation. The gym equipment is also quite old; the treadmill screens wouldn't even turn on. My biggest dissatisfaction was encountering a price difference during booking, and there were some communication issues that really bothered me. I have to praise Trip.com here; the platform intervened and resolved the issue very smoothly.

This time I booked this hotel for my trip. Overall, I'm not sure if the hotel is a bit old, as the facilities and environment felt a bit dated. However, the room was very clean and tidy. The highlight was definitely the superb butler service; their arrangements for us were spot-on and truly commendable. I hope to have the chance to visit again in the future! 😊

We stayed at the Dusit Thani Resort for a weekend getaway in the mountains, enjoying the hot springs. Our butler, Luke, called us in advance to confirm our arrival time and room preferences. He also messaged us via WeChat when the room was ready. Knowing it was our first time at Dusit Thani, Luke took us on a golf cart tour of the resort, introducing us to the facilities. In the room, he explained how to operate the hot tub and mentioned that the air conditioner requires a remote control. He also noted that the outlets by the sink were a bit loose and suggested using the hairdryer in the bedroom, preemptively addressing any inconvenience from the hotel being 11 years old. The service during our stay was excellent. The room was spacious with a small private courtyard, and the resort grounds were beautiful with villas dotted throughout. The restaurant service and food were also very good. The hot spring area was large with a wide variety of pools. The fish in the fish therapy pool were a bit on the big side [chuckle], but it was very comfortable. We'll definitely be back at Dusit Thani. Luke, our butler, was truly excellent, and the entire vacation experience was fantastic! The package also included a complimentary 'time travel' photo shoot. The photographer and owner had great skills and captured the essence of Thailand beautifully. Nice!

I've stayed at Dusit Thani multiple times over the past decade, ever since it first opened, but this recent visit was quite a letdown. The hotel's overall maintenance is clearly lacking. Both public areas and guest rooms show signs of neglect. The sun loungers by the pool are faded and worn, and the carpets and sofas in the room have noticeable stains, giving everything an old and tired look. Even the toiletries have changed from the L'Occitane sets they used to provide to the hotel's own D'aroma brand. For a room rate approaching four digits, the minibar was completely empty, with only two bottles of Nongfu Spring water provided per room. The high price point doesn't match the condition of the facilities or the in-room amenities, which significantly detracted from the stay. I hope the hotel will prioritize facility maintenance and room provisions to improve the guest experience. However, I must commend the hotel's service, which remains excellent. The front desk, greeters, and staff in all departments were very courteous and promptly resolved any issues. The service truly stands out.
